“I’ve ordered takeout a couple of times. Pics are the beef satay and shrimp spring rolls (after eating 2 of 4). Previously I’ve gotten Pad Thai, dumplings and chicken satay. All food was cooked really well and the dipping sauces were all delicious. I order through their website and they will even bring my order outside when I walk my dog! Will be back.“

“So happy to visit September in Bangkok, after their new renovations were completed. The interior looks beautiful and I love the different dining room experiences. Very modern, stylish, and clean.Onto the food: everything was amazing! For those who don’t know September in Bangkok is the sister restaurant to Noa in New Haven, and both of them absolutely deliver. But here at September you’re gonna find a bit more traditional Thai dishes served with a friendly smile and a warm heart. We had an incredible fresh ceviche and crab Rangoon to start. I’ve never had a crab Rangoon so stuffed! We also got to try their coconut shrimp, which was tremendous, and not greasy, perfectly fried, and the sauce was amazing too.We then took the adventure and had their whole Bronzino in chili sauce, which was out of this world. Also had crab fried rice and flank steak in red curry. We also tried their crispy prawn, which was perfectly peppery and garlicky. I’m still dreaming about it.We also had some cocktails as well! Usually I would go ham because cocktails are my thing, but it was Sunday so I was taking it easy but we got to enjoy the beautiful and delicious Sexember, A Thing Called Love and classic Thai iced tea - which paired perfectly well with some of the spicy peppers we ingested. All in all highly recommend and can’t wait to return, especially in the spring when they reopen their outdoor seating.“

“Great Asian restaurant!!! Fantastic variety of Asian cuisine. Some Japanese and some Chinese even some Vietnamese. This is the place for you if you love Asian food. The staff here is very nice also and what stands out is their quality of service. I love seeing good service having been In the service industry doing fine dining for years. Always there for you. It's wonderful for a family dining experience. Defintely swing by for a easy casual bite! There bubble tea is great too :) ? My one feedback is their portion sizes are a little bit small for the price they should make them bigger. Otherwise will be back!!!Vegetarian options: Lots of vegetarian rice dishes and noodle dishes and tofu options !Dietary restrictions: Clearly labeled menuParking: It's right off the avenue so difficult to park“

“Service was great and the food came out pretty quickly! The lunch specials give you a deal worth your money ( i personally recommend #3 & #4!!). If you like sweet and savory dishes you’d probably enjoy the Mango Shrimp Curry but if that’s not your style I would steer clear. The thai iced coffee is super duper yummy perfect amount of sweetness and just a tinge bitter. All in all filling meal and paid less than $80 for 3 people.“

“I absolutely adore Blue Orchid. Their food is INCREDIBLE, the pad Thai and crab rangoons are the best I have ever had, and truthfully I have not tasted anything from the menu that isn't delicious. Great happy hour options, and they often have fun and creative drink specials that are worth checking out! This place is more than just a restaurant--its a community space, an art space, and it has become a home away from home for me. Q and Mike have done an incredible job in making Blue Orchid a safe and welcoming space not only for the queer community, but for anyone who steps foot inside their restaurant. The entire staff is so friendly and hospitable and you can tell that they really care about their customers and business. I cannot say enough good things about this place. I look forward to coming here for many years to come!“
