“We had a fantastic experience at Ditmar’s Thai in Astoria, New York. The food was absolutely delicious and truly authentic Thai cuisine.

My son Allen ordered the crispy duck, which was perfectly cooked and full of flavor. I ordered the whole fried red snapper with coconut sauce, and it was outstanding. Everything tasted fresh and of very high quality.

The wine was also delicious and paired beautifully with the meal. Our waiter was excellent very attentive, friendly, and genuinely made sure we were enjoying our dinner.

The prices are fabulous for the quality of food and service. We will definitely be coming back many more times. Highly recommended!“

“Even though the food is great, we will not be back. We got the pad see ew and the Panang Duck Lychee curry for takeout dinner. We also got the chicken wings and a thai coffee.. Overall the bill came out to be $56. Honestly, the chicken wings were one of the biggest scam ever. I was shocked when I open the container and only saw 2 tiny chicken wings that they were charging $10 bucks for.

For price and good food, I rather go to pochana or kam rai thai.“

“The restaurant has a great lunch special. I got it for dinner and I just did not like the lemon wedge that came with the pad thai noodle dish and the lemon wedge that came with the fried rice. It left it with to much of the lemon taste, a lime would have probably been better. Still though solid choice for Thai food. I also got the spring rolls which were great, as well the pot stickers veggie which were delicious. Great options for vegans.“

“It was simply amazing, the brother Tahir , accommodated to our every need without even asking. place was neat, had two different lighting and moods. The place has interesting antiques and decorations , sooo cuteee. The food , lemme not even start. I had only wished I had a bigger stomach. The drunken noodles was top notch, all the items in the Korean BBQ were marinated very well and juicy.“
