“I’ve been wanting to try this restaurant for ages, and it lived up to the hype! My friends and I had dinner there, and we ordered the grilled fish, Calamari Provencal, and Sauteed shrimps. For our sides, we got mashed potatoes, roasted potatoes, and rice. It was such a fantastic dining experience—the food was absolutely worth the wait! It was fresh, delicious, and the fish was so succulent and mind-blowing. The flavors in the Calamari Provencal were bursting with taste, and the buttered/sauteed shrimps were divine. The sides were a perfect match for our main dishes.

The staff was also so kind and helpful. I’m definitely planning to return!“

“Pure excellence. Every dish tasted authentically Greek, like your yiayia's cooking, but elevated, with fresh ingredients and real care in every plate.

We started with the dakos salad, the moussaka croquettes, and the gavros marinatos. All three were fantastic, and the croquettes were a fun, clever twist on a classic. For mains, the beef youvetsi was rich and comforting, and the slow-roasted arni was incredibly tender and full of flavor. Both tasted like they'd been cooking with love all day.

The atmosphere makes it even better. The space is cozy and warm, and it honestly feels like you've wandered into a little tavern tucked down a cobblestone alley in Greece. It's the kind of place you want to linger over one more glass of wine.

“My husband and I came here for dinner the other night and had one of the best meals we’ve had in a while. We started with the shrimp saganaki and shared the red snapper and lamb chops with sides of lemon potatoes and rice. Everything was delicious! We were pleasantly surprised by the prices, especially for the quality and portions. Really enjoyed our dinner and already looking forward to coming back!!“

“The staff was great down to the servers, hookah and bartenders they were amazing. My only issue is the identity of the bar I wasn't sure if it's a sports bar, a club or restaurant however we enjoyed ourselves and felt like we belonged and not just a cash grab will deff return“

“I visited here with my coworkers for dinner and I was blown away with how amazing everything was.
The food was the highlight - beat Peruvian food of my life thus far, considering that there was only one waitress there to serve - she was quite quick and attentive and the ambience of this place was pretty good.

“Gramercy was one of my best experience during my time in NY. The atmosphere was very warm and trendy but casual at the same time. My server was so thoughtful but not hovering over our shoulders. The food was well proportioned and fairly priced. I hope that it will be there by the time I come back for more on the menu.“

“Finally tried KAL in Astoria and it did not disappoint! We had the kalbi jjim, yangpoon bibimbap, and soybean stew. Everything was absolutely delicious and full of flavor.

Only managed to get a picture of the galbi because we jumped into the food way too quickly 😂. My wife is Korean, so her approval definitely counts and she loved it! Definitely coming back.“

“Great spot for authentic tacos and other Mexican foods. Backyard space is a bonus! Small tables outside - better for 2 ppl at those small round tables but it’s my new go to spot in my local Astoria neighborhood after Chela y Garnacha closed.

They don’t sell beer or wine but you can bring your own. Deli right on corner.“

“This is my favorite spot in the Astoria area. Not many jamaican restaurants over here and this one is pretty good. I order at least once a week. Only order the oxtail, curry goat, jerk pork/ chicken. Some of the other foods sit out and get dry. But yes their oxtail are my favorite and the prices ain't too bad! They just need to fix the lighting in their store. The atmosphere isn't very inviting. Fr the outside the store doesn't look open sometimes. Other than that the food is decent!“
