“I’ve been eating this food for decades now. The brick and mortar location has delicious variety in appetizers and platters in addition to the classics. The food never fell off and is always fresh and the owners are sweet people. I happily support their business especially when they are outspoken and bold about their beliefs and have the best falafel I have ever eaten.“

“Picked up my first tgtg bag from here. It was very flavorful and could probably last me three meals. Makes me want to try their regular menu some day. They are also a grocery store and butcher in the back, and will definitely check those out next time.“

“I have visited Aden multiple times and have always enjoyed my experiences. Delicious Yemeni food, likely the best in Queens, whether sit down, take-out, or from their street grill, coupled with the friendly service will keep me and my family coming back. Take the poor reviews of this business and set them aside as merely bad judgment on the reviewer's. This is not a fast food restaurant! Expect to wait a little, but you will be satisfied.Their Steinway Halal cart outside offers half chicken and kabobs over rice. Delicious!“

“This place is such a gem! Used to live super close but now it’s a little bit of a trek but absolutely worth it. I have tried most of the menu and everything is always great and fresh. During this visit I opted for the combination pita sandwich (shawarma and falafel). I also highly recommend the spinach pie, lentil soup and Jerusalem falafel sandwich (a vegetarian option stuffed with all kinds of delicious goodies). Owner is warm and friendly, always makes us feel so welcome. Prices are great! Only drawback is there isn’t too much seating but when the weather is nice there are a few tables outside (pict so you can see). Highly, highly recommend!“

“Kind of home town place off the main strip of Steinway where most things are. Used to be better, hookah flavor wasn't so strong, and the price has been raised to $15. However, close to a bus station and food places and LaGuardia, not a bad stop to chill before catching a flight .“

“I never had Baklawa before. I had a placed saved on my map for a long time which is in the city. That placed closes at 6pm. So I decided to look for other options.
This place came up and decied to visit here. There was only one person working behind the counter. And there was a huge line. The line went outside the door. I asked the guy, first time trying this what would you recommend. He said Baklawa and Kunafa those are the best sellers. We got 1 piece of original Baklawa. And small piece of Kunafa. We wanted some other items but there was a huge line and only one person working so we left.
They have large variety of Baklawa. I saw in their glass case.
The Baklawa tasted so good. It was my first time trying it and it tased amazing. Bit on a sweeter side. It almost gave me a little pain in my heart. Hahahah. But it was worth it.
We tried the Kunafa. At first I was not a fan as there is cheese on bottom. But after eating couple small pieces I was a fan of it. It tasted really delicious.

I would definitely come back to try some more different items. I would have given this a 5 stars if there were more people working behind the counter to help with the crowd.“

“We ordered kebabs late at night and reached the restaurant around 12:30 AM. The shop was about to close, but we still waited patiently for our food. While we were waiting, the staff turned off the light right above our table, which felt very rude. Specially the main lady! omg so much attitude yak! Then they told us to leave in a very harsh tone. As a Muslim customer at a halal restaurant, I didn’t expect to be treated like this. It was really disappointing to face such disrespectful behavior. I hope they improve their attitude towards customers in the future.“
