“A very nice place to check out if you’re into mediterranean cuisine! Excellent vegetarian options and delicious food. But if you’re someone who enjoys good service like me then this is not the place. after being sat down for 15 mins the server gave the menu. After reminding 3 times, we finally got water which was bottled and we were not told about I assumed they would bring tap water and on top of that they will randomly put 15% or 18% tip irrespective of party size. Waiting for menu for 15 mins and then waiting for water not sure what kind of service one is getting and to top it off getting the drinks ordered post meal! Again if you’re a foody then this a good place to try but not for the service.“

“Visiting NYC from the SF Bay Area, we checked out Haraz Coffee House and had a great experience. The Adeni Chai was excellent, but the service stood out most. When we mentioned we were visiting, the team treated us to some delicious baklava. Kindness like this makes a real difference.“

“The sharing plate with hummus, muhammara, tzatziki, and naan was a great start—creamy, flavorful, and perfect for sharing. The kofta meatballs were juicy and well-seasoned.

The chicken shawarma was tasty, but it tasted more like a chicken curry than traditional shawarma. The steak was cooked nicely and had good flavor. Overall, a satisfying meal with a nice variety of dishes!

“Had the falafel sandwich like many times as a vegan, but this was soooo good. Crispy outside, soft moist inside. Your choice of “salads”/pickled veggies to add into it. I had baba ghanoush, Julienne pickled carrots , and a cubed roasted eggplant, onion, and tomato. So flavorful without being overpowering w any one ingredient. Eddy makes everything homemade by hand. Everything! The falafel, hummus, baba ghanoush, the pickles, the pita. Pita so good. Large thick and soft. My friends had a beef kabob sandwich and chicken plate. They said it was delicious. The food was amazing and they couldn't have enough of the Frena bread for everyone, they loved them with the trio dips. The best was the braised oxtail tortellini and the Nemesis dessert. “We ordered for the first time tonight from Sammy, former proprietor of JuJu’s Bagels now transformed into El Toum. We ordered 4 items and they were ready for pickup in less than 25 minutes. The Mixed Kebab platter, Kofta Burger with fries, Falafel Sandwich with extra tahini sauce, and El Toum Appetizer were refreshingly homemade, tasted delicious, and proved outstanding bangs for the buck. More than enough food for a family of four with leftovers. This is a very welcome addition to a neighborhood missing this kind of fare. I highly recommend supporting this local business. Some of the best falafel and tabouli I’ve tasted in quite some time too!“

The pita is fresh and warm, the shawarma is cooked perfectly on the rotisserie, and each topping is delicious- the humus, tehina, amba, onions... plus ... served with a smile! Open late too!“

Old school, traditional recipes with a twist of new flare. Mikey is a wizard for creating his cocktails. I had the pleasure of trying two of them that he created after thinking about them for 12 years and I highly recommend them the Garlic Gibson and the Bitter tree, both are amazing. Allen, who is the chef and owner and named this quaint little place after his dad will delight you with his specialties my Sister and I had the mushroom hummus. “My girlfriend and I stopped by Fire Kabob and WOW! This place is great! Clean dining area and SUPER friendly staff. We ordered 2 plates, chicken and Lamb and then a side of eggplant burani. The food is fresh and delicious! The rice and homemade sauces are excellent. It also came with a side of bread and salad. Can't wait to try out all their other items, we will definitely be back. “I like this place a lot. The food tastes fresh and homemade (not too much salt), and the portions are very generous (a lot of protein, they don't overload you on rice). The lentil soup is delicious. The pita bread could be a little fresher but I don't end up eating very much of it. Very nice staff! A very cute but tiny eat-in area if you'd like to sit down. Definitely pick this place over Mamoun's.“
