“Stumbled upon this coffee shop last year when they just opened and a year later, we're still going. Hoboken has so many coffee shops but this has to be my favorite one. The drinks are always on point, the baked goods are just so delicious and tastes so fresh! Finding Filipino snacks in Hoboken is a gem. Best part about Hey Coffee People is how friendly the staff is, so nice and always so cheerful. I wish I lived in Hoboken, I would come here everyday and get my favorite cinnamon buns“

“If you’re thinking about stopping here for coffee, DO IT! The blueberry vanilla & el cubano are so so delicious. When I’m not in the mood for coffee I have the golden milk, it’s cozy and super tasty. The blueberry muffins are perfect for a quick snack and they’re soft and yummy too.

“Went for Sunday brunch. Was told we could have a table, but there was a party coming in an hour so..,
The waitress was fine, but took her a while to circle back to us to check us out and given we were on a time frame, thought she would have been on top of that.
The food was good. Split an eggs Benedict. The hollandaise sauce was really good.
I realize this location turns into a club at night, but the music was quite loud for a brunch crowd. It doesn't have to be a club feel all of the time.“

“I don’t live within a reasonable distance to Chip City in BK, but I work near one and every once and a while place a massive order. The cookies are mind blowing, my coworkers adore them, and I’d eat there every day if I could. Staff is always so kind when I go in person, 15/10 would prefer here over other competitors!“

“My friend treated me to some of the lemon thyme donuts and wow- probably some of the most delicious donuts I've ever had. I loved the thick lemon glaze and could have eaten a whole dozen if I had the chance. Next time I'm in Hoboken I plan on stopping by to try some other treats.“

“Nice little coffee shop with a wide pastry selection. Got a pumpkin cheese crumble which was pretty yummy but a bit too sweet. Also got a ginger lemongrass iced tea which had a slight ginger flavor and overall tasted like slightly flavored water. Im sure their other drinks are great I just wouldn’t recommend getting that one.“

“Cute coffee shop in Hoboken. They have nice coffee and ok pastries and several tables inside and outside. Servers were very nice but I think they get overwhelmed when there are a bit more clients than usual. It would be great if they can open the umbrellas that they have outside when it's too sunny.“

“This place was clean. The servers were eager to explain the menu to a first time patron and were just very nice. The pork sandwich on a baguette that I had was topped with cucumbers and shredded carrots. It made for a wholesome meal. I really appreciated how clean they kept the woman's bathroom. I loved the aesthetician of this place too. Overall, I will definitely go back ....for so many reasons, despite the miles that part us.“

“Been having Gregory’s coffee for years but this one right here, they won with location already because it’s literally like a block from the waterfront. Went on a Saturday late evening and surprisingly found it quieter than usual. The barista who made our coffee was super sweet and helpful, he was working solo and even though it took time to get our drinks, we didn’t mind since he kept us informed and engaged. Both friend and I got the Blue Dream which was on their seasonal menu - espresso with blueberries and cold foam. It was good but mine was a little extra sweet for my taste. Loved the overall vibe of the place, very laidback with chill energy. I’d definitely recommend.“

“I’d just gotten off the train and decided to enjoy a drink and have a little nosh this past Saturday. I ordered a hot caramel almond latte along with a chia pudding topped with strawberries and blueberries. Both were absolutely delicious. I can’t wait to go back to re-experience that chia pudding. Each spoonful was delightful with coconut shreds in every bit of a light creamy base of sheer delight.“

It took about 15 minutes to wait for a table on site.
Ordered the same apple cider pancakes
The pancake itself is not too dry and has a cinnamon aroma
There will be syrup attached for us to add ourselves
Another dish of omelet was just average, with cheese on the outer layer of the egg.
You can choose lettuce on the sides and the muffin bread tastes average.
The drinks, latte and Americano, are both pretty good.
Suitable for walking around when the weather is nice and full.“
