“The workers at this particular location are the best. They are super helpful every time I come into the store which is almost daily. The main reason why I'm writing this review is while in there this afternoon there was a customer who was incredibly rude to one of the associates over a cup holder (which was offered to him). He was completely out of line with the on duty manager and she handled the situation with both kindness, grace, and understanding, yet he was still acting like his pacifier fell out and he couldn't find it. He was nothing more than a man child bully. I figured I would get out in front of this before he could tarnish the review section. He's probably still being emotional over absolutely nothing. In closing, I couldn't have asked for a better local coffee shop. And to the workers...don't let one sour individual ruin your day. Life's too sorry and you are all absolutely fantastic.“

“I go to Dunkin for convenience if I am being honest. And have for decades. Nothing outside of that has drawn me here. However, for the first time ever, this experience was different. Shilpa is a super human. In the five minutes it took to serve me, her customer service skills & attention to detail was impressive. I work in the service industry, and this franchise is very lucky to have her. I will for sure be back, even if it’s out of my way.“

“Sara and Rajan are always very pleasant, positive, greeting me with a smile, fulfilling my orders expeditiously, and wishing me a good day! They are very patient with me when I'm undecided on what I want and provide recommendations based on what I have ordered in the past. They ask about my family and co-workers, showing that they care about their customers. The facilities are always clean, products are fully stocked, and you can smell the aroma of coffee and sweets in the air. They are very respectful and courteous to all their customers.“
