“Sara and Rajan are always very pleasant, positive, greeting me with a smile, fulfilling my orders expeditiously, and wishing me a good day! They are very patient with me when I'm undecided on what I want and provide recommendations based on what I have ordered in the past. They ask about my family and co-workers, showing that they care about their customers. The facilities are always clean, products are fully stocked, and you can smell the aroma of coffee and sweets in the air. They are very respectful and courteous to all their customers.“

“I go to Dunkin for convenience if I am being honest. And have for decades. Nothing outside of that has drawn me here. However, for the first time ever, this experience was different. Shilpa is a super human. In the five minutes it took to serve me, her customer service skills & attention to detail was impressive. I work in the service industry, and this franchise is very lucky to have her. I will for sure be back, even if it’s out of my way.“

“We were at the Secaucus Junction station to catch a train to MetLife Stadium, and we had a couple of hours to kill while we waited for the train. We saw that there was a Dunkin open in the concourse and decided to take a look at the menu. We got a large Tropical Guava refresher made with green tea. Service was quick and kind, and the drink was nice. I would have wanted it sweeter, but honestly, it was the perfect amount of sweetness for someone who is normal about sweetness. The drink was very refreshing and my partner and I shared it. The price was not too bad given the other prices in the store it is located in are incredibly marked up!“

“BEST DONUTS I HAVE EVER HAD! If you’re ever in NYC, make sure to try Kora’s donuts. These donuts are AMAZING! They are all infused with Filipino flavor and culture. I first heard about them on YouTube when a food channel featured them. These are rich and decadent donuts without being overwhelmingly sweet. “I go to New York City once year: My co-workers and I take a group of theater students, we see 8 broadways shows, I get a *carrot cake donut* at the Doughnut Plant in Grand Central Station, and I’m a happy girl for one more year. I always have a good experience! I get my favorite, and then something new. Everything I’ve ever tried there has been phenomenal. (This time is was a coffee cake doughnut - it was inspired! SO good!)
