Food is average Dunkin' food - I'd never recommend it anyway. Drinks are usually made to order. More than once I've ordered in the app to pick up at the window and something's been incorrect. A missing donut, the wrong size drink, etc. I'll credit it to the morning rush and incompetencies of the app itself. Ambiance is great when you actually walk in.
