“We came to NYC for vacation and how refreshing to be able to find a location that is dedicated to those that suffer from allergy restrictions. My son usually wherever we go has to either have plain vanilla ice cream or forgo any type of treat because it’s just not safe. Tough as so many amazing treats to have in NYC. To be able to walk in and to have the so many amazing, delicious donuts to select from that were safe for him was one of biggest highlights on our trip. The location is charming, clean, and right off of the subway line. So easy to get to and the staff was so kind and engaging. If you have kids with severe dairy allergies like I do, you know how stressful it is to find safe treats. Walking into Cloudy Donut Co. was pure joy because the entire shop is 100% vegan! There is zero worry about milk or butter cross-contamination, so my kids could safely pick whatever they wanted.

We really enjoyed the fact that they have mini donuts and muffins alongside their regular sizes—it made it so easy to try a bunch of different things! The flavors are completely out of this world. My teenagers love real meat and dairy and are usually tough critics of vegan food, but these hit the nail on the head. They are so airy and delicious that you would never guess they are plant-based. We will definitely be regular customers!“

Today I realized after getting home that my free range roasted chicken (which I paid extra for) was missing from my salad. I called the store, and they were incredibly kind and immediately made me a new salad and even delivered it to me.

“Mochi Dolci is one of my favorite places in the UWS. It's a family-owned business that TRULY CARES about the people that walk in for food, drinks, and hanging out. I love many of their #mochidonuts - classics like black sesame and taro but I love their playful ones such as fruity pebbles. Other dishes are good to such as their pork belly bao, mango salad, and dumplings. Of course, their #milktea and #bobatea are delicious. I recently tried their matcha milk tea with strawberry popping boba. Their place is cozy and welcoming. They have a speakeasy too - I have not been, but they were kind to let me explore it (with their permission). I look forward to come back for drinks and food with friends!
