Makiya what an amazing employee i came in for the first time 3 weeks ago, and when I came in the second time she remembered my name, she went beyond her job description, phenomenal definitely recommended to come in 😁
Thank you, Secaucus Starbucks, for always being consistent with your hospitality, food, and service. Unlike your North Bergen counterpart on Kennedy Boulevard, which doesn’t seem to care much about any of those qualities, you’ve gained a loyal customer. Keep up the great work!
Still my go to Starbucks when I'm on break from work, nicely redone, lounge area is comfy, layout is good bit people still don't line up to form the line correctly when waking in, should have a little sign or directional stated line forms around sofa and cushion chairs. Also would have gave it 5 stars but they only allow to use 1 bathroom out of 2, that can get backed up. Overall good place and efficient friendly staff
