“I needed a gluten free/dairy free cake for our trivia teams one year anniversary, and I had been to Annie & Em’s in the past so knew they did great work. I ordered this cake and it was AMAZING! We shared it with about 30 people at the bar and everyone raved about it, even the people who at first didn’t want to try it because it was “gluten free/dairy free!?! No thanks!!” ? ❤️Dietary restrictions: GF/Dairy Free“
“Stopped in for my first time the other day. Staff was friendly and the shop is quaint. Ordered a few cookies to go for my family. They have an excellent assortment of ube flavored products and I got the ube cookie, along with a traditional chocolate chip and the Oreo cookie. While the chocolate chip and Oreo were good, the ube cookie was top notch! It was so delicious- the flavor, color and texture were on point. I literally want to come back to order a dozen of those cookies and try some of the other ube treats. Definitely worth a visit if you haven't been before!“
“How happy I am to see this store open up in Hoboken! I've loved Boomerang Bites since I tried them at The Hive coffee shop in Hoboken and have been hooked since! (3-4 years now possibly!). They're these delicious, full of flavor small square bites that are kind of cookie/fudge/brownie/cake like depending on which flavor you have. It's really indescribable but they're sooo delicious! My favorite are the salted caramel, sweet caramel (without the salt), passion fruit, and the gluten free fruit and nut. They're the perfect sweet treat alone, after a meal or a small quick snack with coffee or tea. Upon my visit I also tried the chai tea with almond milk and added my own honey and it was also delicious. Great temperature and chai flavor--not too overpowering as some other chais I've had before. The service is great here, the women are really friendly and welcoming. And the ambience is very laid back and relaxing. I'm not a huge fan of the chair by the front windows as they feel very fragile to sit on but I look forward to checking out the backyard when the temperature warms up!“
“It’s not only about the coffee. This coffee shop is the only in Hoboken that sells good pastries, like ham and cheese croissant. Coffee is also excellent, it remembers me Seattle coffee shops, which aren’t super fancy with weird drinks, but are the best.“
“Really good pies. Rich sauce and high quality cheese. Crust was perfectly balanced between crispy and chewy. Meatballs and sauce are excellent, too. My buddy got the penne vodka noodles and really liked them. Nice beer selection. Our waitress was lovely and very attentive. I'll be back.“
“Amazing coffee!! Very little do I visit a coffee shop and feel like the coffee is very much worth the price I pay. The quality of coffee is amazing, rich and tasty at the same time. I tried the Honey Lavender Latte twice already and am looking forward to tasting other items later. I cant wait to be back.“
“Very healthy, very yummy, very expensive. $70+ for two bowls and two smoothies. I quite liked my girlfriend's rice bowl more than my salad, but that's on my obviously. Both were good, though, and the ingredients looked fresh and were flavorful. I'm not sure I'd eat there again only because of the high price, but I could see myself grabbing another smoothie there.“
“Looks are sometimes deceiving… when we entered the place, we saw a narrow corridor with a display of cookies and cakes. However, at the end of the narrow corridor there is a small, cozy area with a few tables. We sat there and asked if they served breakfast – they did. The food was amazing, the service was friendly, and we enjoyed the place for a couple of hours. Highly recommended!“
“An iconic Italian restaurant in Hoboken. While unassuming on the outside, this Sinatra-dedicated restaurant serves authentic Italian food in a cozy environment.Their food is delicious; however, the prices are a little more expensive for the amount of food (I had the Sinatra Gamberi). Their wines are full of flavor and they provide full glasses. But I will say that the service is impeccable. The staff are extraordinarily friendly, full of heart, and for some of the locals, know them by name. While it is a small restaurant, reservations are not accepted, so be sure to get there early to get a seat.“
“Had Sunday brunch with a friend here. Did the Zeppoli Brunch which was a side of Zeppolis, followed by an app and an entree for $29 before tax and tip. I thought the food was delicious and a great value. Place has a good vibe and noise level is good such that you can carry conversation with your party. Would recommend for friends and dates.“
“I do love this place - pastries are amazing quality - it's just so expensive! But getting a pastry here is always a treat, especially the croissants! The coffee is great too, and I appreciate the comfortable dining area + area where kids can play in the “
“This Hoboken location is beautiful and the staff is so attentive. I have tried their croissant sandwich before. But today I ordered their white flat latte, which is very good.Parking: Thankfully it was Sunday so we didn’t have to pay. But there is metered parking, if you have luck finding a spot.“
“As the second brick oven pizzeria to open in Hoboken back in the day (not 100% sure how accurate this is, but I’m fairly certain it’s about 15 or so years ago), people were excited. A pizza fanatic, I was veeery excited.I’ve been ordering in/ordering pickup from Napoli’s since and it is just as good, if not better today than it was back then. If you haven’t had it and are a fan of brick oven, don’t turn a blind eye here. The Brick - another quick service brick oven spot oddly resides right next door - is acceptable, only if Napoli’s is out of any particular specialty slice you’re craving (side note: Napoli’s CBR game is Jay-Z, whereas The Brick’s is Nelly.) the mini meatballs are always a great lil’ side snack.Happy feasting!“
“Great selection and great prices. The staff is super neighborhood friendly. If you need something they don't have, they are happy to order for you. It usually only takes a few days unless it's something really unique. Love this place.“
“Shaka Kitchen stands out in the fast casual scene with its chef-curated, health-focused menu that caters to every dietary need. Whether you're into keto, vegan, gluten-free, or have other dietary preferences, they offer delicious solutions without compromising on flavor. A must-visit for a guilt-free, yet tasty dining experience!“
“Perfect French breakfast spot in close proximity to Hoboken Path Train and Hoboken Ferry. I usually pick up sourdough/multigrain bread here and some pastries (this time of year, Easter brioche tops my list). Chill, relaxing atmospehere, friendly service. Not crowded even during morning rush hours. Merci, Choc O Pain??!“
“Just found this restaurant a month ago and have ordered once to twice a week. First two weeks- everything perfect, proteins delicious, sides terrific and healthy, crispy broccoli, exactly what I was looking for. The last two weeks- veggie sides dripping in oil, not healthy at all, broccoli cooked mushy, and today they got my order completely wrong, though the receipt stapled to the bag was correct. I thought I found this super healthy spot for nights that I am too busy or do t feel like cooking. After the last 2 weeks, not so sure.“
“When a craftsman takes pride in their work, it shows! Let me tell you that this pizza has "craftsmanship" written all over it! To begin with not many pizzerias make grandma slices, whereas they had an abundance when I went in. To top it off the taste is just an explosion of flavor! This is besides a variety of pizza styles they have ready. I'm definitely coming back and can't wait to try out other craft slices!“
