“This was a fantastic experience! From the moment we stepped inside, the staff was courteous, engaging, helpful and knowledgeable. We had a party of 3, and ordered 6 dishes. Each dish came out as it was made and each dish was absolutely delicious. A person in our party had a gluten allergy which was no problem and accommodated with ease. We come to NY every year and this will absolutely be a place we revisit again and again! Vegans, vegetarians and omnivores alike will appreciate the dishes and be amazed with the taste! Highly recommended!“

“Russ & Daughters is always one of the places I look forward to visiting whenever I’m in New York.
Everything is incredibly fresh and delicious. You can really taste the quality of the ingredients, especially the fish and seafood. They have a great selection of fish, bagels, and all the classic combinations, and everything we tried was excellent.
What I also really appreciate is how clean and well-maintained everything feels. Even with so much seafood being prepared and served, you never get any feeling of messiness or poor hygiene. The whole place feels very professional and high-quality, and the level of service matches that.
Absolutely delicious, fresh, and worth coming back to. Every time I visit New York, I’m already looking forward to the day I can come back to Russ & Daughters again.“

“From our first steps to our departure, everything was AMAZING. This saturday evening was out last in NYC before returning to Montreal and The Smith Midtown made it PERFECT. The food was more than we could even expect. The seafood tower is quite an experience, treat yourself! Thank you to everyone at the front desk, including the managers, because they made us laughed a lot and were so nice to us. Big thanks to our server too. A must in NYC!“

“The food at Djondjon is spot on.... This restaurant is a jewel. The food is amazing, and the hospitality is off the chart. There is free jazz often enough. The quality far surpasses the price. I love their pasta, their fish and their goats which come in various varieties. Their appetizers are yummy. I will continue to patronize this place. I had my Cabrit boukannen ( grilled goat) and it really pleased my taste buds.“

“Fantastic authentic Italian in a cozy atmosphere. My friend has a gluten allergy and eating here was the big event of the trip. We loved everything we ate. The boar risotto was outstanding as was the chocolate cake. Ten out of ten, greatly recommend.“

“Other 787 locations always seem crowded or have a line, so I was excited to finally try them at this quieter branch. And I now understand the rave -- I had the Supremo, best coffee I've tasted in a long time, found myself grading the flavor profile almost like it was wine. (And I also see why they don't offer traditional drip -- it's to steer you to a delight like this.)
Service was also great -- the Barista started out treating me like a regular, but was also able to quickly pivot once learning I wasn't one (though that may change). Adaptability like that = skill in my book.“

“This place is viral on instagram according to my girlfriend. The sandwiches only come out after 11am, so you have to be smart about “lining up” Considering how they charge 14 dollars for a sandwich they were a little small. But sandwich itself was well seasoned and fresh.
Very limited seating so please be aware.
Really good if you are a vegan.“

“Just came back from Mother's Day Brunch with my sons and husband. Food was excellent as was the service! Beet salad was so good, burgers cooked to perfection, shakshuka with merguez sausage was delicious, the white truffles pizza with poached eggs was amazing!! “Marie is the absolute best. I asked her to make a cake for my birthday and my guests and myself have been talking about it ever since! I called Marie to tell her my vision and she helped me through it and made it even better, she's so kind and so open to collaborating. And not only that the flavor was INSANELY DELICIOUS. I am normally not a big cake person but it was the perfect balance of moist and creamy, the way I told her how I wanted it to be. I asked for vanilla frosting with chocolate inside, and a layer of praline cream. Highly recommend ordering from Marie for any occasion. I definitely will be doing that again soon.“

“Donovan’s Pub is owned by 2 Woodside gentlemen. The staff is amazing friendly welcoming and knowledgeable. The food is absolutely delicious and great portions. They have the Best Burger in NYC. It’s the best burger I have ever had. They have awesome live music every weekend on their brand new stage. Their lineup of musicians is the best around. I’ve been going there for 50+ years and I highly recommend Donovan’s Pub in Woodside NY.“
