“Definitely lived up to the social media hype and no doubt best tavern burger in Queens. One can choose any burger on their extensive burger menu with a side of fries or onion rings for less than 20 bucks, it’s a deal I’m willing to sign up for every day.We went on a Thursday late afternoon and place was energetic and lively, just what you expect from a well-known busy tavern. I can only imagine what it’s like on weekends when they have live band.Donovan’s is the real deal.“

“Divine.$11 for a croissant and specialty latte. The croissant didn’t have a mass produced feel to it. Every croissant looked a little different in the display case. Chewy and moist inside, crispy, flaky and buttery outside. The pistachio latte was insane in both taste and presentation. They use a pistachio cream like Nutella. They only sell it as a large so I couldn’t finish it but might be great to share. Soooo delicious.Service was stellar too. I had a few questions and the person answering was very nice about it (very unlike other cafes). Pleasant experience from start to finish.“

The best part was the crust, it was so soft inside and crispy outside. Phenomenal! Dan L. recommended this spot. Now, I recommend it to all of you. Best pizza in Queens! “Very convenient location..Perfect spot for enjoying a cup of coffee..I ordered the crunch dessert and it was delicious!..loved it..it was a Nutella dream come true..but we also ordered the tiramisu and that was disappointing..the coffee powder was thick instead of a light coat so the first bites tended to be dry..there was a cream colored swirl topping that we thought was a soft cream..it wasn't..it was hard and very bland tasting..tiramisu wasn't worth the price..“

“Absolutely amazing! Born in New York and these are one of the best I ever had. Got to be on top of list. Their eggs and cheese with hash brown and they got turkey bacon is like crack. I get two because the line is long and the first time I had it I devoured it in 2 minutes. Waited like 40 minutes, on a Sunday at 10:30 but they got so many workers. If you’re in a rush I would order through Uber eats. It might be a little more expensive but won’t have to wait in line. They also but a ridiculous amount of cream cheese on a bagel I have to remind to put light next time. It’s enough for like three bagels. I like cream cheese but not how much they put, had to wipe almost 75 percent off with the paper.“

“Wow, my new favorite indian restaurant.Massive vegetarian selection. I tried the samosas which were good. but their garlic naan was the best bread ive ever tasted. Super fresh and fluffy, yet crispy. I ate the chana masala which was above expectations. The flavors were great and everything tasted freshly made.Service was ok, the employees were attentive and helpful.I will definitely be back. Very well run establishment in the heart of jackson heights. The actual restaurant vibe is ok, seats could be upgraded they are not very comfortable, the place was clean, restrooms were clean and ventilated. The doors need to be cleaned but the restroom itself was very clean which is always a good sign! Highly recommend giving this restaurant a try!Vegetarian options: Excellent vegetarian options like most indian cuisine. Any vegetarian or vegan will find plenty of options that taste fantastic!“

“I love this place to eat burgers. Now they have more options and I think that's fabulous. I went with my family, two children, and we ordered fries and chicken nuggets (panda combo) and believe me, the chicken tasted exquisite. For us, a standard hamburger with gluten-free bread (I think it's a great option for those of us who have problems with gluten and I think it's a PLUS) my partner ordered an American hamburger and the meat looked delicious. In addition to this we ordered a milkshake that was out of this world. What I like most about this place is the taste of the food it feels natural. The service was 10/10 and of course the fries at this place are the best.Music and ambient 10/10Kid-friendliness: Combo panda“

“I went for a morning walk to explore my new neighborhood more. In the past, I've known exactly where I'm going in Ridgewood but never just spent time to explore. I came across this gem that's been a part of the community 90 years. I found out about the history from the amazing and inspiring Toni. The egg and cheese croissant was great. It wasn't greasy like other spots. Yes, they have breakfast options! Not just sweets. The dirty Chai was great. I loved the energy in the bakery. It felt they've built a really good community setting that I'm happy to go back to with my daughter.“

The service was impeccable, our server was so sweet and kind, despite dealing with hangry masses in a small space. We got the arepas tasting platter and the sweet corn pancakes. Both were delicious. The Reina arepas stood out with their avocado chicken filling. We also got the sugarcane lemon drink which was very refreshing. I will be returning here to try their all day Venezuelan brunch menu next!“

“AMAZING ube cake! I recently ordered an 8 inch ube cake for my friend's birthday, and it was amazing. The ube flavor was very strong and the cake was perfectly moist and dense (in the best way possible) while not being overly sweet. I am usually skeptical of ube desserts as many lack that authentic ube flavor, but Purple Dough's cake was on point. I'm looking forward to trying more of their desserts in the future, and continuing to support this Asian business. Mark, who helped me figure out how to get the cake delivered, was also extremely helpful via email & over the phone. So + extra points for that amazing customer service.“

The crepe was made really quickly as they already have crepes ready to assemble behind the counter. I like how they packaged it in a way that made it easy to eat and not spill everywhere. The crepe had a good amount of filling and one is definitely enough for one person.Maybe I'll give one of their savory crepes a try one day.“
