A classic NYC establishment with gluten-free options! Chef Cristina answered all of our questions about their protocols for gluten-free pastries. They keep them on the top shelf and/or separate from the other pastries and they are made at different times with sanitized equipment. Today just turned into Fat Ass Friday at Rudy’s Bakery and Cafe. I’ve been having a sweet tooth for the last couple of weeks and today it was satisfied. Besides the pastries being perfectly sweet, the ladies, Theresa and Toni made the atmosphere much sweeter. Go and indulge yourself at Rudy’s. Enjoy your taste buds. It’ll be like a party in your mouth.
