“I love the pizza here, especially on weekends. If I go mid week sometimes it’s not as good.

The service is a bit of a problem for me. While I like going, I frequently feel talked down to by the young women hosting/serving there. There is very little effort put into explaining the menu. I don’t drink, and I see a visible annoyance when we return the drink menu without an order. The person serving me food and pouring water is often a brown busboy. At this rate, I’d rather just put in my order myself. (I hope they tip out to the busboys and back of the house!)

The other day, for a very important occasion w a reservation & note, they made us wait 30 minutes, no apologies and nothing to make up for the wait. I used to go quite often and now feel weird about going.

The atmosphere is confusing. It’s super beautiful inside but the acoustics make it a bit hellish. Some of the worst people of the area get together, screaming loudly, or even talking- and you can’t hear yourself think. But that’s not rly the restaurants fault!“

“This is an old school ny pizzeria. Been here for 30-40 years. Used to have pizza at this place often as a kid, and tasted just as good now. Def recommend if you’re in the mood for real pizza come down to pizza boy II, you won’t regret it“

“I have ordered from this place numerous times and have never been disappointed by their pizza. I am writing this positive review, however, due to a recent order that had to be cancelled. Due to circumstances out of their control, the restaurant did not have an item that was the main reason for this order. They were very friendly and professional when they called and understood my reason for cancelling the Grubhub order. Still, I will certainly be ordering from here again...and again. They have a great variety of specialty pizza slices and their prices on entrees are incomparable. I highly recommend this restaurant.“

“Honestly, this place is so slept on... Krave It has the best pizza in Bayside— by a LANDSLIDE. I love that they use unbromated flour and I appreciate that every piece (even the specialty slices with many heavy toppings) has great structure, no flop. Thin & crispy crust, great ratio of sauce and cheese. I also love how clean the restaurant is. They have some incredible specialty slices that I never knew I needed in my life until I tried them! Especially the “Desi Boy” slice and the “white truffle chicken cutlet” slice. I also have to mention their vodka slice with sesame crust 🤤 Everything in this place is high quality, even their regular slices. Their sandwiches are pretty incredible too, and you can tell that the bread is fresh made in house— you don’t feel bloated or overly stuffed after eating them! The owner is super friendly and even gave us a couple extra slices to try to complete our “pie” when we had already ordered a small variety of slices. The staff are all very friendly and it feels very comfortable and less stuffy than some of the other pizzerias in the area. Happy to give this place my business. We had many great choices on the price fixed menu and we were not rushed as happens at other restaurants on holidays. It is not easy to please 17 people, but thank God no one had any complaints. “This is a Bistro style pizza place in NYC. If you're not from NYC it's great. If you're from NYC it's nothing like what used to be here but you'd have to judge for yourself. I had a Sicilian slice and it was good. Detroit style though so the crust was half the thickness of a NY style Sicilian but the crispy edges were a nice touch. For me the sauce needs to be thicker and have a deeper flavor but that's just my opinion. I'd eat here again.“

“Wayyy better than the pizza on Beach 67th St. by the A Train, less expensive too, $3.50 instead $6.00 for a plain slice. Best plain I’ve had in a long while, and man was there a good charr on the underbelly of the slice. I got a few tips for the Chicken Caesar Salad pizza that’ll take the experience up a notch though. (No pun intended.)

“This is a nice pizza place with really great pizza slice options. I had the Hawaiian and margarita slices. My son had a square Sicilian slice and they cut it up for him. The service was prompt and polite. They even accepted credit cards. I would definitely come here again. The pizza was quite yummy!“
