My go-to order is always the Margherita pizza, and it’s never let me down. Everything tastes fresh, the slices are always hot, and the crust is so good. The staff is always very kind, quick, & friendly!“

“The manager Ehsaas (“Sean”) cares about the customers having as good an experience as he can provide and makes it a priority. Pizza Hit was and is my go to chain pizza and to that end you can’t go wrong ordering from here.

A recent corporate promotion was not acknowledged by the company website but a phone call and a visit in store and Ehsaas immediately made the situation right.

It’s incredibly easy to view franchise establishments as stuck under a larger company’s thumb, but speaking directly with the people who keep the lights on and the pizzas cooked can remind you that people want what’s right. Ehsaas turned my “I’m not sure if I want Pizza Hut again” into “I’ll absolutely order from you again.”“

“Great Italian food and a decent menu, not much choice but not too much. It's located next to Post Office 34 and is very trendy. The view and service are great, but it's noisy as there isn't much to absorb the sound. We ordered focaccia, roasted peppers and pasta. Everything is great and super fresh.“

- pepperoni is fire. Thin, crispy, price is on point
- tri slice was good but couldn't taste the pesto imo, other sauce overpowered the pizza. Wouldn't justify buying again but it's chill.

- it was 2am and the slice we got was pretty crispy, barely any flop. Its good! Got Chicken Vodka & Tri slice, and it was like a good, 7.7 slice. Not doughy, crisp, good flavor -ish.“

“The best fresh oven pizza in New York! 🍕 This is definitely not your regular pizza it’s personalized, fresh, light, and absolutely delicious.

I tried the wild mushroom, Margherita, and cheese pizzas, and every one was amazing. The ingredients are fresh, the flour is organic and imported straight from Italy, and you can truly taste the difference. The best part? I didn’t feel heavy after eating it!

The owner is so sweet and welcoming, and you can tell he genuinely cares about making every pizza with love and perfection. He never rushes the process and takes his time to make each pizza just right.

“I love the pizza here, especially on weekends. If I go mid week sometimes it’s not as good.

The service is a bit of a problem for me. While I like going, I frequently feel talked down to by the young women hosting/serving there. There is very little effort put into explaining the menu. I don’t drink, and I see a visible annoyance when we return the drink menu without an order. The person serving me food and pouring water is often a brown busboy. At this rate, I’d rather just put in my order myself. (I hope they tip out to the busboys and back of the house!)

The other day, for a very important occasion w a reservation & note, they made us wait 30 minutes, no apologies and nothing to make up for the wait. I used to go quite often and now feel weird about going.

The atmosphere is confusing. It’s super beautiful inside but the acoustics make it a bit hellish. Some of the worst people of the area get together, screaming loudly, or even talking- and you can’t hear yourself think. But that’s not rly the restaurants fault!“
