The manager Ehsaas (“Sean”) cares about the customers having as good an experience as he can provide and makes it a priority. Pizza Hit was and is my go to chain pizza and to that end you can’t go wrong ordering from here.
A recent corporate promotion was not acknowledged by the company website but a phone call and a visit in store and Ehsaas immediately made the situation right.

it's a,regular place, but polite stuff works over there
Overall a big location. The interior is dismal and is not as updated as other locations. The workers are not visible. I had did an order for pick up. There was a woman ahead of me waiting at the counter when I got there. She kept saying hello was anyone there. Off to the side someone was eating lunch. Someone else came out took her order. Then I picked up mine.
