To be honest, the place isn’t the cleanest and you can feel the workers’ frustration working there. However, when I do order, they always come through. One time, somebody took my order before I got there and when I asked the worker where my order was, he immediately made me a new one. This Dunkin' deserves 5 stars for the fact that they actually make mobile orders ahead of time, something that locations are very hit or miss with (looking at you, Dunkin' on the opposite side of Queens Blvd...). I also like that this location is pretty big on the inside, it never feels crowded for that reason.

The walk from where I live is about 8mins away. Even though I order way in advance when i exit my building, everytime I still have to wait for them to finish making my order and they were NOT busy.Also, the staffs are always on a phone call so they work super slow though it's just heating my food up....
