Bets Halal cart chicken over rice in the city!
Great guys however they have to upgrade their game since 2011 same thing even quality went down a lot however they are really good people and so many memories from this cart
One of the best chicken over rice I've ever had for only $8. They're bit slow but the taste totally worth it.
