“I came here for the first time in the beginning of 2025 for their popcorn chicken. It was amazing: juicy and well cooked. After a few months I came back and tried their Strawberry Matcha, and I have to say it is one of my favorite drinks ever. I started to recognize some of the workers with how often I was coming, and all the prices are super affordable. Every drink they have is so delicious and theres a lot of drink and food options to choose from for good prices, good service and good quality 🥹“

“The Food was great. I had the spicy chicken sandwich combo with fries on the sides and dr peppers. it was delicious! Fast, cheap and hits the cravings without the hassle. The place could use a little bit of cleaning and the Windows a shade perhaps because on the hottest day of summer it gets toasty inside. The crew is great and gets the job done when ordering.“

“The manager Ehsaas (“Sean”) cares about the customers having as good an experience as he can provide and makes it a priority. Pizza Hit was and is my go to chain pizza and to that end you can’t go wrong ordering from here.

A recent corporate promotion was not acknowledged by the company website but a phone call and a visit in store and Ehsaas immediately made the situation right.

It’s incredibly easy to view franchise establishments as stuck under a larger company’s thumb, but speaking directly with the people who keep the lights on and the pizzas cooked can remind you that people want what’s right. “Ended up here accidentally on a layover: Hands down, the best ramen I’ve ever had (springy, slurpy perfection), amazing cocktails (if you like gin the Japanese 75 is a must try!), and whatever the whipped cream, creme brûlée’d banana dessert was tasted like heaven. I even ordered another tonkotsu ramen to go (all the way to Florida) to bring back to my fiancé. They separated all of it, packaged it so it wouldn’t leak, and wrote directions on specific timing for heating up each item! Very impressive service. I’ll be back again!“

“A hidden gem that is a favorite for the locals in the area. With an amazing menu with some great options. Definitely worth checking out!

Food: 🍽 I'ma start with the first meal that I ever got from here. The Jerk chicken platter with salad over rice. It's was delicious and amazing with the right amount of spicyness. The rice and salad was delicious. It was even more amazing with their go to special sauce combinations of Caribbean Gold Sauce and Garlic Cilantro sauce. All of my orders get those 2 combo of sauces. Which goes amazing on everything specially their Fries and Tenders. The Jerk Chicken Tacos are also amazing. My favorite order now is the Fried Shrimp Platter with French Fries covered in Caribbean Gold Sauce and the Garlic Cilantro. There is also some amazing doughnuts options to choose from now but I have not tried them yet. They look amazing! I will definitely try those next time.

Price: 💲the Jerk Chicken platter is $11.99 and the Jerk Chicken Tacos are $6.99 for 3. The Shrimp platter with fries is $13. Most of their meals are around the $11 to $15 range.

Customer Service: 🧑‍💼 The staff is very friendly and will help you choose from the menu if it's your first time and you don't know what to get. I have been coming here for a while now so I have tried almost everything on the menu. So keep in mind it will take a few visits to try everything.

The fried chicken is hands down the best I’ve had in NYC—crispy, juicy, and packed with flavor. I also tried their saucy smash burger, and wow… it’s the best smash burger I’ve ever had. The sauce takes it to another level.

It was my first time experiencing halal food so I asked bunch of questions to the guys at the line and they were very chill; they described all the toppings that I pointed to and gave me a GENEROUS PORTION.
