“Went in to the Moreland Ave location in Atlanta this evening to place a to go order! Gerald was exceptionally professional, attentive and on top of everything l! He deserves a raise and I hope y’all keep him around! His people skills are top notch!“

“I go and stop by to this place every now and then just to order the chicken mixed with lamb over rice. Completely satisfied with the food it was so delicious, the grilling of the chicken and the lamb mixing with the rice is well cooked as I expected, the white sauce that was included on there fits so well with the taste level along with the lettuce and tomatoes they're super fresh not dry to eat. They usually offer a can of soda but I refused since I don't drink soda anymore in general, I always buy Snapple along with the food. The employees are very respectful they do their jobs right no problems with them whatsoever.“

“Went to see the "new place". I love biscuits so I got some type of combo that had chicken, biscuits, cajun fries, and mashed potatoes. The place is small so there's a bar area to eat and a couple of tables to eat at. The family loved the chicken and potatoes. There's lots of dipping sauces to choose from. Make sure to ask for them before leaving. Staff is nice and the place is clean.“

“I was hesitant about this location because of the reviews but honestly it’s not bad. I’ve gone to this location multiple times and the service is good, although I will say that when I do go it’s basically empty so perhaps the bad service is due to a more packed environment. The food is good, the service is fast and the prices are reasonable ! 😼“

The crust, sauce, and toppings all tasted fresh and well-balanced without feeling overly heavy. The pizza came out hot, flavorful, and clearly made with care instead of rushed. “Great quality pizza. I order at least one pizza a week. Just a heads up tho...they've been steadily creeping up the prices on their doordash menu. I remember Dec 27 order was just $25.15 with fees and taxes for a medium pizza and a 20oz soda. Today March 4, $30.49. That's a 20% increase in just 2 months!“

“I am absolutely love The Golden Griller Halal, everything we ordered was amazing. Their jerk chicken has the perfect smoky kick, and pairing it with those sweet, caramelized plantains is a total game-changer. The jerk chicken quesadilla is cheesy, and savory, and the crispy chicken platter was crunchy and packed with flavor. To top it all off, I made the lemonade and Rachel's homemade cookies were soft, fresh, and the perfect sweet finish!“

“Ended up here accidentally on a layover: Hands down, the best ramen I’ve ever had (springy, slurpy perfection), amazing cocktails (if you like gin the Japanese 75 is a must try!), and whatever the whipped cream, creme brûlée’d banana dessert was tasted like heaven. I even ordered another tonkotsu ramen to go (all the way to Florida) to bring back to my fiancé. They separated all of it, packaged it so it wouldn’t leak, and wrote directions on specific timing for heating up each item! Very impressive service. I’ll be back again!“

“157 Tavern has been a staple in the area for 10 years and is an excellent choice for parties or group gatherings. You can simply provide them with your budget, and they will curate the menu for you, which makes the planning process very convenient.

Regarding the food:

Grilled Spanish Octopus: Highly recommended. The potato pave is delicious, and the octopus is tender with a perfect charred exterior.

Short Rib with Bone Marrow: The meat is very tender and falls apart at the touch of a fork, though I wish the portion of bone marrow was a bit larger.

King Salmon: Quite tender.

Burrata Cheese: Standard/average.

Caramel Flan: Delicious and beautifully presented.

Overall, it is a great spot for a nice dinner.“
