Wingstop Reviews
Horrible experience. They have not refunded our money from our cancelled order. A $70 online order, got there and they were still.an hour from starting them. We cancelled and they wrote our name down and said they would cancel and refund the money. This is the next week and still no refund, no call, nothing.
Low quality. The one in Billings mt

Wingstop offers a variety of wing flavors, with Garlic Parmesan and Lemon Pepper being notable favorites. The restaurant is new and can get quite busy, leading to longer wait times. Some customers have noted that service can be slow, with some waiting longer than expected even after placing online orders. However, many customers believe the food is cooked perfectly and enjoy the generous portions and seasoning. The menu includes options like boneless wings, tenders, voodoo fries, and sides such as cajun corn. The location is large with plenty of seating and a clean environment. Customers appreciate the friendly, professional staff and have reported that food is often ready when ordered online, with the food served at an extremely warm temperature. Customers suggest ordering through the app to avoid long waits, and it’s convenient to pay in-store if they don’t have a card. While some found that the food may lack flavor at times, others consider it their favorite wing stop and recommend trying bundles like the summer bundle, which includes voodoo fries, tenders, and drinks for good value. Overall, Wingstop has potential, especially once the initial excitement settles and operations improve.
