Based on the reviews, Rego Park Best Pizza and Fried Chicken is a long-time favorite with delicious food. The best pizza in Queens and best burgers are always received warm. The 5 piece chicken & fries, soda combo is a nice, fresh & flavorful $15 meal. A fine regular cheese slice & a mushroom slice live up to the name, despite the slightly sweet tomato sauce. The tortellini (just cheese inside) alfredo with broccoli comes with garlic knots and is amazing, with tons of leftovers for $17. Very tasty teriyaki wings are well packaged, though one order of 24 wings had only 21. The chicken parm sandwich makes an elderly mother very happy. The owner is a very kind person, and the service is friendly.
