They own the bakery next door and I saw someone who ordered some amazing looking french toast and bacon egg n cheese on foccacia. They have a garden patio with seating and a fountain that you can sit at and enjoy. The garden area reminds me of my grandparents and elderly relatives. Love how the painted mural has the Bari mentioned.”

“This is an old school chinese takeout and small sit down area establishment. I was greeted as soon as I entered the door. I asked for a minute to look over the menu. I ordered shrimp with lobster sauce with fried rice. The gentleman took my order and I let him know I was staying. I sat down and waited and ten minutes later he called me to get my food.

The food was really good. The restaurant has a small sit down are with three booths and two three small tables which seat two. The service is good, the food is good and there's not much to the atmosphere but it's safe and comfortable. There's isn't much more one can ask from a small establishment. Plus the cost of the food which came with a drink or egg roll came out to $11 even. I often pay more for a meal. If you're in Jackson Heights stop through if you're looking to take something with you, or sit down eat and keep it moving.”

The next day I had my Colombian comfort food - the tamal valluno, which I ordered frozen, to go. Amazing flavor! The bread and coffee was good and I believe the waiter was a little nervous due to my character possibly. I found it that people are not used to friendly or over friendly greatings due to it being offensive or comming off to strong in other countries ( I’m Hispanic decent). The people there are always so kind to me and they always get my stuff fast easy and quick and it never fails to impress me that they always do exactly what you want them to do. “The best of the best Dominican food in queens. Chivo (goat) was ? even if you don’t like goat, you will like their goat. Roast chicken is amazing as well. Beans, rice, tostones, onion, all the Dominican staples are as good as they come. Huge servings, very affordable. It’s a casual restaurant with high quality service. The staff are all very polite. Good place for families - they didn’t mind that our toddler made a mess. I’m def going back again and bringing more friends and family.

I would say where the pizzeria is located is a nice area because you can sort of leave you're teenager there while you go the store or grocery which is littlerly nearby, and there's usually people there from the times I went it was half full to full!”

“This place is a gem in the rough. Food is so fresh and consistently good. I prefer to walk in and pick up the $10 tray and fill it up with whatever I like. The guy lifts the tray tops so you can serve yourself. I start with the rice and the rest is a surprise everyday. On my way out, I pick up a fresh melon or watermelon juice out front separately for $3. No place nearby can compete.”
