This place is simply amazing. So much flavor in every single bite, extremely great quality. The cheese kebab is so juicy & tender and so is everything else. Definitely an explosion of flavors!??
Best chimi you will have in all of NY ! This is a true authentic chimi to its roots ! Have the owner make you one. Pan is toasted to perfection always never dry or hard. That hint of mustard it's the key to the authenticity to a real real chimi.

The place is pretty small, more of a takeout style since there are only 2 stools alongside the narrow counter. I ordered the traditional chimi chimi minus the mayonnaise since I just hate mayonnaise.
