“Celebrated my daughter’s birthday here and it was fantastic! The food was delicious and perfectly spicy just as requested. The Chicken lal pari was tender and well-marinated, and the Chicken Parda Biryani served in the traditional clay pot was a highlight—full of flavor and perfectly cooked. We also ordered Chicken Vindaloo and Red Chilli Special Mix Grill. All dishes were absolutely delicious. The presentation, with the floral garnishes and elegant table setting, added such a nice touch to the meal.
Special thanks to Anuj, Dominic, Harsh, and Fahim for their incredible hospitality. They truly went above and beyond to make our celebration extra special. Thank you so much. Highly recommend for any occasion!”
“We ordered for the first time tonight from Sammy, former proprietor of JuJu’s Bagels now transformed into El Toum. We ordered 4 items and they were ready for pickup in less than 25 minutes. The Mixed Kebab platter, Kofta Burger with fries, Falafel Sandwich with extra tahini sauce, and El Toum Appetizer were refreshingly homemade, tasted delicious, and proved outstanding bangs for the buck. More than enough food for a family of four with leftovers. This is a very welcome addition to a neighborhood missing this kind of fare. I highly recommend supporting this local business. Some of the best falafel and tabouli I’ve tasted in quite some time too!”

“Came here for some authentic Bengali food. Loved the food here. Everyone was very hospitable. The food was very expensive for what you get. Pricing is a little ambiguous since there’s no upfront prices once you walk in and if you order the food on the display. We paid over a $100 for everything on the picture but taste was good.”
“Nossa que delícia! The buffet is full of fresh options with variety. Super healthy and flavorful food. They had mousse de Maracuja—my favorite!! The mandioca was nice and crispy. Just perfection. The farinha was delicious. Customer service was great and the place was so clean. I’ll be coming back to sit down soon. A hidden gem!! I feel like I’m back in Brazil!”

“Went to lima restaurant to celebrate my friend's birthday, the food was great & got to stay for the party, also a big shootout to our server that was great to us recommending the chefs specials and told us to stay for the party, Alexandra was her name she's totally friendly and nice to us all night 😎 definitely will be back again.”
“Very small Pizza Parlor with good pizza. They also have some other things on the menu. Their Tiramisu is extremely small, especially for $6. The service is good and the price for the Large Pie (8 slices) is reasonable. The place is good for pick up or for getting delivery. Too small for anything else”
“I had a beautiful lunch there today. The best part of the whole experience was the service. I was given the royal treatment. Carlos and John Paul, both spent so much time trying to help me choose the right option. So I could have a typical Uruguay and experience. They were both so kind friendly and helpful. Very grateful for their love and care.”
“Highly recomended ! There are no shortage of Taco trucks in Queens , day or night . What an absolute delight to find this food truck at 4Am of all times open , brightly lit , clean and having fast service. The selections are more expansive than most . The food was spot on . Authentic , fresh tasting , with generous portions , as far as Taquerias go this is the best I've had (ok, maybe a close second to the best Los Angeles CA has to offer). Delicious . Well done guys and thanks !
Kid-friendliness: Your on a busy street, watch your kiddies .
Parking: Hard to park in area during day but worth the walk from wherever you find it.”
“I don’t have to say that QBF cares, they exude it in everything they have to offer and you’ll have to see for yourself 😉 if you like good food, drink, people and atmosphere , I highly recommend! Beer shown is Hazy escape recommended by Carlo. Medium body hoppiness, beautifully hazy and dangerously drinkable! Great call Carlo!”
“Nice atmosphere and friendly service, My daughter and had a good time. Food was delicious 😋”

“This food truck serves some of the heartiest momo on the streets of Jackson Heights. We got 8 thick and meaty beef momo for $8 at Amdo Kitchen. The go-to sauces here are the red sauce and white sauce. The halal momo are complimented with a thicker, chewier dough than other momos - it takes me three bites to finish each one. Amdo Momo is a favorite for those looking for an authentic taste of Tibetan cuisine. Don't forget to ask for the side of radish!”
“This deli is great and has a various selection of snacks and sandwiches. Took one star off because it said the sausage egg and cheese was 5 dollars on the poster but it was actually 7 dollars. But also the guy at the counter was chill and let me pay even though i didnt have enough money. I love going here whenever i want a snack”
“Ive gone to colombian bakeries and so far, this place has the best pan de Bono I have tried! Its so soft and perfect amount of cheese. I will say the empanadas didnt taste as fresh. The chocolate was really tasty. The waitress was also really nice, along with the atmosphere!”
“It’s very good and surprising cheap for being next to a large subway station.
Parking: Roosevelt Avenue is one of the most busy roads nearby. Jackson Heights is a very busy neighborhood. Good luck if you need to find parking.
Kid-friendliness: The place is kid friendly.
Wheelchair accessibility: The place is wheelchair accessible.”
“La Abundancia in NY offers excellent service. The person who attended me was very attentive and even let me try the beans, which I thought was a great detail, since it’s not common for someone to go the extra mile for a customer. The beans were very good, as well as the chicharrón and the chorizo, and the rib soup had a delicious flavor.
The place does not stand out for its decoration, as it has a style frozen in time, but the quality of the food is good.”
“I'm going to give my opinion based on the taste of the food as I only make the delivery.. Now the flavour is excellent and this is my starting point for Middle Eastern food and Americans. It's perfectly worth a try... The reason why I gave 5is because I ordered a small amount of food and I received a large portion.”

“Got there late for the breakfast, but had the bandeja tipica ,which is a big platter so enough for 2 or even 3 people . The arepas with cheese were great! And the maracuya water as always on point ! My sister had the milk maracuya and loved it. Chicken empanadas were a bit salty but the sauce helped.”
“We originally ordered this place for take out and ended up choosing to eat inside instead of what a great decision. Everything about this place is perfect, the food, the decor, the music. I love it when places have relaxing music in the background so you feel relaxed while eating not always turned up. Service is great and the food is so delicious. Highly recommend”

“El menú ofrece una deliciosa selección de platos tradicionales colombianos llenos de sabores y aromas. No pude resistirme a probar su bandeja paisa, un plato generoso con arroz perfectamente cocido, suculentas carnes a la parrilla, sabrosos frijoles, plátanos y arepas. Cada bocado me transportó a las calles de Colombia y saboreé cada delicioso momento.”

“Fusca House is easily one of the best spots in Jackson Heights. The food is always fresh, flavorful, and cooked perfectly. You can tell they actually care about quality — every bite hits. Portions are solid, prices are fair, and the taste never disappoints. The staff is friendly, the vibe is chill, and the food comes out fast. I’ve been here multiple times and it’s been consistent every single time, which is hard to find. If you’re in the area and want really good food, this place is a must.”
“We always come and get whole bag of Selroti when we visit NY. No other place makes sel like them. And if you have not had or know what Sel is it’s regarded as Nepali Dougnut but personally it’s something completely different. Chia and Sel combo is the best and this is the place to get.”

“Just had a serious Venezuelan feast at Empanadas Mix 🇻🇪 and I’m still recovering like a champ. 💪
Walked in hungry… walked out questioning my life choices (in the best way). The Pepito Mix sandwich loaded with beef and chicken was basically a heavyweight champion between two pieces of bread. Then came the arepas—thick fried cornmeal shells stuffed with carne asada, pork belly, sweet plantains, special sauce, and a mountain of shredded queso. That’s not a snack… that’s a strategy for survival. 😅
Washed it down with fresh passion fruit juice and a cold Maltín Polar like a true gentleman of culture.
Shoutout to my waitress Paola, who patiently guided me through the menu while I pointed at everything like a kid in a candy store. The place is small, cozy, full of Venezuelan music, and the staff are incredibly kind.
Moral of the story:
Came for empanadas… stayed for the Venezuelan flavor knockout. 🥊🔥
I’ll definitely be back. Hungry. Again.”
“Stopped here for lunch yesterday and had the most delicious breakfast burrito ever! Staff were so friendly and very attentive! 10/10 recommend!!”

“This is one of my favorite places for a quick bite in the neighborhood. I got the fried oyster onigiri sandwich, and it was very delicious! The owner is such a warm, kind, and helpful person. There’s a sincerity here that feels so refreshing, unlike a lot of other businesses in the city where interactions can feel scripted or devoid of care. Honestly, it feels like going to my grandparents’ place to eat and spend some nice time. I’ll keep coming back!”
“If you were to say I only came around this particular spot because of the current events going on in Venezuela, you might be right. I've visited many Latin American restaurants but I don't think I've checked the box next to Venezuela so this would be a first time entry for me.
Going inside the area, it's relatively small but since I was the only customer at the time, it was spacious. The waitress Paula was a sweetheart and served me well as I was figuring what to take on in this restaurant. I went for the standard Arepa Burger, fries and for dessert, I did want the brownie with ice cream but they didn't have that available so I settled for churros with nutella. The wait wasn't too long, very much short of 8 minutes when everything was set.
The Arepa burger came loaded with Shredded beef & Chicken, black beans, Shredded white cheese & maduros. For what it's worth, you'll get your fill from this makeshift burger, it was so filling. The fries were done with excellent detail, firm crisp texture along with taste and goes pretty well with the Ketchup & Mayo mixture the place had with one of their condiment bottles. When it came time to take on the churros, I immediately got thrown off because they're not the churros I'm normally used to. Instead what was smothered with the nutella happened to be cheese sticks and at first I thought it was a mistake but seeing pictures on here, that's basically what it is. I do love cheese sticks and I do love nutella, but in my opinion they're not meant to be combined so I had to forgo it. Everything else was top notch.
The food was very decent and the service was proper so everything I got was $23 and I threw in a $7 tip to round it off to $30 total for the meal. They got many different variants of Arepa sandwiches so there is certainly revisit value in this place and I can go for that.”

“I got the chicken wings, fried rice and steamed shrimp dumplings the first time and now that’s my go-to order. Service is not slow, but not super fast. But it’s worth it for the quality. I wish they gave me a little more duck sauce when I got my wings the second time I ordered from here, but in general, no complaints. A little pricey, but what isn’t? 5 stars.”
“The best of the best avocado toast I’ve ever had in my life!! Looks like a huge portion, but salad is pretty light, the bread is not too hard as usually avocado toast is, and super easily to cut, the dressing is so tasty. Would love to be back when I travel to NYC again.”
“This is one of my favorites Brazilian Restaurants, You can enjoy the traditional Brazilian flavors Unlimited and succulent varieties of rotisserie- grilled meets perfectly seasoned , gourmet salads and authentic Brazilian hot Side -dishes and a Sweet side Desserts. They have it all! Very clean place, attentive staff and always fast service. Family friendly! Highly recommend!!! Si quieren probar Auténtica comida Brasileña este es el lugar! Con precios muy accesibles, es un sitio tradicional en la 36th Av cerca a la parada del tren. Un lugar limpio y familiar. Súper recomendado!”
“Love this small and cost bakery. I go almost every morning. Their hot and iced coffees are very good. One particular lady makes them well. I also get a buñuelo or a pan de bono. Both are delicious, fresh and warm. There are several Colombian bakeries near my job but all fall extremely short compared to La Montaña. This is the best one.”
“This was the only momo food truck that was actually ready to help customers, palato truck across street didnt even come to the truck window to take my order.
Moms momos was perfect for momos. The employee explained everything and i got my order. The veggie momos were good, kind of bland flavorwise but the hot chili sauce addition gave it the kick i wanted.
Momo is a good late night spot in my opinion. I will be back”
“I visited the Potala Fresh Food truck. These are my favorite momo in the city! The momo are so fresh and juicy you have to lean over the container or plate when you eat them, it’s that juicy! I typically get the beef but they have chicken and other varieties as well. I love that you can also order them frozen if you need a large amount for a home event.”
“Wonderful consistent and delicious food served with patient and caring servers. The food is light, tastes homemade and the achars are so so delicious and are that extra touch”

“I’ve been here at least 5 times and every single visit I love more the place. Authentic colombian food, colombian servers, colombian drinks, etc. I would recommend the place to anyone willing to have a good experience around the area.”
“They don't know what it's like to eat in this place! Some changes were made and it is the best, fresh, quality, excellent flavor, clean, and 100 out of 100 super attentive service. Super comfortable prices. If you visit Jackson Heights you have to come to this place Viva Ceviche. Highly recommended”

“The service was good, took bout 4 mins to get to us , food was mad good but now they decreased the chicken lollipop size , things I recommend you buy and are worth it is the Thai soup, fried rice , and maybe chicken lollipop plus the sauce that comes with the chicken lollipop is the best thing, like you can eat it itself, also don’t get the sodas cause it’s like 2 bucks. The atmosphere is good .”
“Love the food here. I highly recommend the choley puri with chai, it never disappoints. I can never get enough of their food, and their selection of sweets is always interesting and consistently delicious.
Bijay’s service and hospitality are truly top-notch. He treats every customer with genuine care and respect, and his attentiveness adds even more to an already great dining experience.”

“I’ve been to multiple IHOP’s over the years and I must say that this one is very clean and homely. Patricia who served us, was fast and super friendly, she kept checking up on us to see if we needed anything else. If you’re hungry and nearby stop in, I highly recommend this spot.”
“Amazing, nuanced, fresh and delicious food every time. Can’t wait for the Brussels sprout salad to come back.”
