The Coffee was extremely good. Good service Attentive staff and Affordable,Wish more places in Jackson Heights were like this.Thank you Samudra management and staff for a very pleasant evening.Hope to be back soon to enjoy more items from menu.”

The service is good and the price for the Large Pie (8 slices) is reasonable. The place is good for pick up or for getting delivery. Too small for anything else”

What an absolute delight to find this food truck at 4Am of all times open , brightly lit , clean and having fast service. The selections are more expansive than most . The food was spot on . Authentic , fresh tasting , with generous portions , as far as Taquerias go this is the best I've had (ok, maybe a close second to the best Los Angeles CA has to offer). Delicious . “This food truck serves some of the heartiest momo on the streets of Jackson Heights. We got 8 thick and meaty beef momo for $8 at Amdo Kitchen. The go-to sauces here are the red sauce and white sauce. The halal momo are complimented with a thicker, chewier dough than other momos - it takes me three bites to finish each one. Amdo Momo is a favorite for those looking for an authentic taste of Tibetan cuisine. Don't forget to ask for the side of radish!”

“This deli is great and has a various selection of snacks and sandwiches. Took one star off because it said the sausage egg and cheese was 5 dollars on the poster but it was actually 7 dollars. But also the guy at the counter was chill and let me pay even though i didnt have enough money. I love going here whenever i want a snack”

“Great desserts, okay Colombian breads/pastries. Their empanada fillings, cheesy spinach pastry and dedos de queso (cheese fingers) are saltier than I prefer but some of the pastries in their main case are still pretty solid. Service here is great. The girls are friendly, genuine and their pricing is super reasonable (and consistent). Their iced coffee is always sweet no matter how you order it..it’s freakin delicious but just a warning. Their horchata is SO SO GOOD, like really good and I know folks who love their smoothies. Good breakfast deals here and lots of Latin soups of soup is your thing. They have a small seating area and it’s comfortable but on a summer day it’s really hot in here..:I don’t think there’s AC but it’s 81° right now and it’s HOT as balls in here. Also, they’re cash only but they have an ATM right at the entrance.”

Parking: Roosevelt Avenue is one of the most busy roads nearby. Jackson Heights is a very busy neighborhood. Good luck if you need to find parking.

“A great local spot. Love being close enough to enjoy this restaurant. The staff/owners are super welcoming and make you feel like you are coming into their home. (They often have amazing incense burning that adds to a super warm and relaxing atmosphere.) When our stove was out, we dined here every night for a week. Everything I have had so far was more than a delight. Incredible Fish Fritters, Calamar, Pad See Eiw*, Chicken Basil Fried Rice (perfect amount of spice for me...lovely fresh red hot peppers), Pad Ma Muang*, and great cocktails. Love going to Happy Hour, and Martini Mondays. It is often a little too easy to have a wonderful meal, then when it's over move to the bar and enjoy another cocktail.”

“One of my favorite Colombian restaurants in Jackson Heights. Know there are multiple locations and they all are consistent. Wait staff is always helpful and the service is super fast. Some of the most traditional dishes and other seafood can be found here and I promise you won’t be disappointed. Pictured is the fried red snapper (Pargo). It’s one of my favorites and this place does this fry just right. Can’t wait to go back!”

“Went there just before 7 am on Sunday. It’s probably the only thing open during this early hours. I was greeted with a smile from the staff and the sweet warm aroma as soon as I entered the bakery.I had no idea about the names of the pastries what I bought (see picture); I just picked whatever looked appealing and tempting. Can’t really go wrong with any choices here. Many items are bigger than expected with very reasonable prices.It was the first time I visited a Mexican bakery and I was very happy I did.”

Moms momos was perfect for momos. The employee explained everything and i got my order. The veggie momos were good, kind of bland flavorwise but the hot chili sauce addition gave it the kick i wanted.

Both are delicious, fresh and warm. There are several Colombian bakeries near my job but all fall extremely short compared to La Montaña. This is the best one.”
