The so called "guacamole" they had on top was very watery didn't have flavor and shouldn't have been placed on top of the tacos. The tacos taste good without it. Additionally, the radish wasn't cut well. Tostada 3/5The chicken wasn't seasoned well, it was moist and not dry. There was too much lettuce on it, and it contributed to it being unseasoned. Guacamole and chips 0/5Watery guacamole, it looked more like a salsa than guacamole. One can't even taste the supposedly "guacamole." It's not even seasoned well, it was watery green mush. The chips were too deep fried , so it was difficult to chew and hurt my teeth. AVOID getting this Horchata 5/5: Tasted fresh and homemade. It was not sweet at all, and happy there was less ice because the drink was cold without the ice. Service 3/5 The lady was rude about explaining the different options for the regular guacamole versus the premium, which wasn't specific on the menu. One girl working the floor so had to wave to her twice or more to get her undivided attention. Ambiance 3/5 Restaurant isn't fantasy, no decor. It's simple. They had a soccer game on, and it was nice that other people were also rooting for the same team. Side note:-it's authentic Mexican tacos for a really amazing price“

It came with a cup of consomé, a taco de birria, empanada de birria, and I want to say a quesadilla de birria but I’m not quite sure I think it’s their twist of it. Overall all three were so good my favorite was the empanada never had that with birria and my mind was completely blown away with how delicious that was. I will say it does get chaotic inside with many people ordering waiting and on top of delivery orders so the wait was on the 30-45 mins. Other than that 10/10. I did also try the agua de horchata. I won’t say it was my top suggestion for horchata I felt it more on a leche side like a smoothie almost not sure why it was made that way instead of being more on the water side like it normally is but maybe that’s just their twist to it. “This is a very underrated truck in the city. One of the best birria spots I've tried in a while. I tried this place on new years, and it was sooo good, I dragged any of my friends that mentioned anything about food that day. I first got the birria torta, which was a heavenly sandwich, and a great deal for 10$. I also went back for a birria quesadilla, which was also really good! The service was quick both times, and I really appreciate them keeping reasonable prices on new years, with 1 dollar waters and 2 dollar sodas! I can't speak too much about the ambiance because I assume this was a temporary location for new years, but I would follow this truck anywhere. No food pics, food was gone way before I ever thought about taking a picture.“

“I was feeling down and needed a happy moment or two. Found both with good food and great drinks at Street Taco. I was in the neighborhood and saw the sign out front for happy hour. Mood lighting accentuated with bright colors, and not too crowded. Just my vibe. There's a bright orange VW van in the back that serves as the kitchen counter, and the best part- Bad Bunny is in the drivers seat! There are big murals, brick and wood decor. Stepped up to the bar and it felt cozy. I ordered a Passion fruit jalapeño margarita $9 and mini nachos $6 (which were not so mini) off the HH menu. Loved the margarita. Sweet but not overly, with a spicy kick. As for the nachos, they were big enough for two me's, because I had leftovers. Needed to try one more thing, so I ordered a mini Brussels Sprouts Taco $3 and a Tecate $5 from Arturo. He was a lovely bartender. Friendly and attentive. Especially when he included me in a smooth tequila shot. That was nice. Parker from the restaurant was sitting at the bar next to me and made my glum, lonely night into a much better one. Chelsea and Andi rounded out the bar scene. With a disco ball, Street Taco Bingo, Taco Tuesday specials and a DJ on the weekends, Id have to imagine it gets rowdy here. Well, they taste just like they do in Mejico!No water-down "Americanized" or Tex-mex here. Every ingredient adds flavor. Their tortillas are made of flavorful corn (not flavorless flour that just holds things together), their meats are deliciously seasoned and juicy (they don't rely on cheeses and salty greasy rice to get flavor), and their home-made salsas for the tacos go so well with the specific meat.My favorites? Baja Fish. The batter is light and crispy, and the cabbage and sauce make it a party flavor. A close second are the Sinaloa Shrimp and the Beef Birria (the consome is delicious).Since I don't live far, I've started to be a regular with my budsfor 2 for 1 Taco Tuesdays. We love that we don't have to wait to get seated, that the atmosphere is simple and casual, but more importantly, the service is friendly (thank you Deandra!) and quick!My wife also likes this place but, because she's vegetarian, there's only one type of taco (Black Bean & Sweet Potato) and one tostada (Avocado Tostada) that she can pick from.
