“I live in the neighborhood and come here often. The food is always consistently delicious. Best place for tacos, even the Birria which has the famous truck a block down. Serious always good, happy hour a huge plus. I don’t know authentic Mexican, but I’d bet this is pretty darn close. Must try.“

“The food was absolutely, beyond amazing! Best burger i have ever had and the steak was like butter melting with every bite. I know it's a sea food place but the steaks are done right. Service was the anytime we needed anything and the world cup was playing so it's awesome. It's great and affordable for the area. Recommend for sure and thank you!“

“My second time trying this place, food portions are big, we ordered; one appetizer and one entry, it was enough for two. About $80 to $100 per person. Steak tastes fresh though ordered temperature both times was not accurate. I prefere medium well but we got a medium rare, however I am not picky, it still was delicious, maybe a tad more seasoning would hit the spot.

FOOD: A solid 4 stars, Tastes fresh, shrimps where cooked PERFECTLY, I am not a big fan of tostones (flied plantain flats,) HOWEVER their tostones, I could eat all day. They are THE BEST tostones i have ever tried. They Guacamole is really good, and goes perfect with the tostones.
ATMOSPHERE: Relaxed, welcoming, some light music might go very well.“

“This has been our pizza spot for the last 45 years. My mother used to bring us here back when we lived on 87st. And this was our spot growing up and when our dad hit 40 he had his very first slice of pizza. And of course it was from here. My old man rolled that slice up like an egg roll from tip to back and bit into it and was upset that he waited so long to try pizza. After he retired and moved to DR, Everytime he came out to NY he made sure we stopped by Pizza Sam. My old man passed in 2024. We will always carry him in our hearts and remember those memories we built at pizza Sam !!! See you guys soon. Me and my siblings will continue to pull up!!!!“

“Very small Pizza Parlor with good pizza. They also have some other things on the menu. Their Tiramisu is extremely small, especially for $6. The service is good and the price for the Large Pie (8 slices) is reasonable. The place is good for pick up or for getting delivery. Too small for anything else“
