“First time here, got to try the carne asada tacos and carnitas chalupas, they were great! Juicy and tender. Our only issue was when we arrived there wasn’t any music playing for a while and out of nowhere loud music started playing which threw us off as we were sitting by a speaker. Lay off the sugar. It was way too sweet. I’d prefer getting passion fruit in Colombia where it’s not over powered with sugar. Other than that, my meal was perfect.“

“My name is Bijaya KC, and I live in California. While visiting New York, I had the chance to try the food here, and it was honestly one of the best Nepali meals I have had in the United States.

Everything tasted fresh, homemade, and full of authentic flavor. The dal, rice, vegetables, pickles, and meat dishes were all prepared perfectly. The flavors were balanced, comforting, and reminded me of meals back home in Nepal. You can tell that the food is made with care and attention to quality.

What I liked most was that the food did not feel like typical restaurant food. It felt like a home-cooked meal made by family. Every dish was fresh, well-seasoned, and served in generous portions. The homemade pickles and traditional Nepali flavors really stood out and made the meal memorable.

I have tried Nepali food at many places across the U.S., but this experience was special. It brought back memories of home and gave me a sense of comfort that is hard to find when you are far away from your country.

If you are looking for authentic Nepali food in New York, I highly recommend this place. The quality, taste, freshness, and overall experience were excellent. I would definitely come back again the next time I am in New York.

“Very small Pizza Parlor with good pizza. They also have some other things on the menu. Their Tiramisu is extremely small, especially for $6. The service is good and the price for the Large Pie (8 slices) is reasonable. The place is good for pick up or for getting delivery. Too small for anything else“

The lunch special costs $15+ and has very limited offering. I got the vegetable soup that comes with it (other options are just salad and soda) and it is very bland. “Got there late for the breakfast, but had the bandeja tipica ,which is a big platter so enough for 2 or even 3 people . The arepas with cheese were great! And the maracuya water as always on point ! “My second time trying this place, food portions are big, we ordered; one appetizer and one entry, it was enough for two. About $80 to $100 per person. Steak tastes fresh though ordered temperature both times was not accurate. I prefere medium well but we got a medium rare, however I am not picky, it still was delicious, maybe a tad more seasoning would hit the spot.

FOOD: A solid 4 stars, Tastes fresh, shrimps where cooked PERFECTLY, I am not a big fan of tostones (flied plantain flats,) HOWEVER their tostones, I could eat all day. They are THE BEST tostones i have ever tried. They Guacamole is really good, and goes perfect with the tostones.
ATMOSPHERE: Relaxed, welcoming, some light music might go very well.“
