“Another amazing dinner from Katsuno. Our favorite authentic Japanese restaurant in NYC came through for us once again, this time with take-out. Tonight we had the Tuna Avocado Salad, Nigiri Sushi, Pork Hirekatsu, and Tempura Udon. All served with a refreshing can of Funaguchi Kikusui Sake. Everything was fresh and delicious as always and served curbside in a safe no contact manner. Thank you Katsuno!“

“I was in on Friday for lunch , we sat at the bar. We were given the menu and a lunch special menu. We both ordered off the lunch special menu, and both got the same a pork jäger schnitzel with some French fries…15 bucks. The food was hot and tasty and the price was reasonable. The bartender was friendly and attentive, if you’re in the area this may be the best lunch deal in town.“

“It’s usually pretty quiet here when I tend to go for lunch. The service has always been great and attentive. The portions are big I can rarely finish what I order. The best part is the pricing - I typically order a main with rice & naan and a couple glasses of wine and I always feel like I’m getting a deal. Definitely recommend!“

“First off, I absolutely love Yellowstone Sushi! I’ve always ordered sushi rolls here because they’re consistently fresh and delicious. Tonight I decided to be a little adventurous and try sashimi for the first time. I ordered the sashimi appetizer, not realizing it’s normally an assortment of different fish, and I had requested only salmon.

They called me to explain the menu and, as a one time courtesy because I didn’t know, they kindly offered to make it with just tuna and salmon instead. I want to be clear that this was a special accommodation they made for me and not something they normally offer.

I thought that was incredibly thoughtful and such wonderful customer service. They took the time to call, explain everything, and make sure I had a great first sashimi experience instead of just sending the standard order.

Thank you so much for your kindness! It truly meant a lot. I already love your sushi, and now I can’t wait to try sashimi for the first time. You’ve definitely earned another loyal customer! ❤️

“I had the gluten free truffle pie... phenomenal! This was one of the best pizzas I've had in my life. They don't skimp on the truffle, sauce and cheese were perfect and the crust... perfectly fluffy on the inside and crispy on the outside. Usually gluten free foods lack something that regular foods have. Not this! It was better than pizza made with regular flour! Thank you!“

“We have eaten here several times and it is always an exceptional experience: excellent service and outstanding food! We are big fans of Indian food, but this is THE BEST!!!
Everyone working there helps bring the food, clear the plates, refill water, etc. The food is fresh, bursting with flavor, and just the right level of spiciness (you are asked if you’d like the food, mild, medium, or spicy hot). The naan was freshly made, and even the rice was cooked perfectly and topped with some fresh cilantro. I took photographs of the food that we ordered today, but it was after we had eaten some; the portions are generous, and you can see that the food looks beautiful and appetizing. I missed taking a picture of the gorgeous homemade samosas; they were the best samosas we have ever eaten.“

“Everything was delicious. We hosted a Purim breakfast at our temple and everyone was so happy and full. I personally put in the order myself and everything from ordering to delivery was so smooth. We ordered large quantity of variety of bagels with all types of cream cheeses, salmon salad, white fish and tuna. Plus we got crepes with ricotta cheese which were Devine. And we ordered lots of croissants 🥐 , plain and chocolate which by the way are huge. I can’t say enough how fresh and delicious everything was. Highly highly recommend this place!!“

“I pass by this often but never went in. I finally got a strong craving for sushi and stopped by. The prices are good at the quality is delicious. The cashier/staff was very welcoming and great with recommendations. I got a mango tango, dragon roll, spicy salmon, and spicy tuna. It seems like there are regulars in this small place but i can see why. They are speedy for a quick lunch break.

Cash is preferred.

“Really good beef noodles! The beef was super tender and they were very generous with the portions. Both broths were flavorful, and the noodles had a great texture. I especially liked the pickled vegetables in the first bowl — they gave the soup an extra savory and tangy kick. The spicy beef noodle soup was also delicious without being overwhelmingly spicy. Fresh ingredients, big portions, and very satisfying. Will definitely be back!“

“It's our first time here, we wanted a more regular style of pizza vs the regular Danni's pizza that we normally get in the neighborhood so we decided to give this one a shot. There pene slice was delicious and the garlic knots were fabulous, best ones I've had yet actually. We also ordered a cheese slice and the pepperoni , I found the pizza to be to floppy I would have preferred more of a slight crunch and sturdy slice. But none the less it satisfied my craving for a classic regular NY slice“

“The interior of this restaurant features a tranquil mural of a traditional Chinese village with a cascade of white-walled, dark-roofed buildings along a river, with mountains as the background. Leafy deciduous trees with green leaves and cherry blossoms bookend the scene.

The vintage pendant bulbs with an amber-tinted, teardrop shape give them a soft, glowing lantern feel. Inside the lamps are vertical filament strips that glow with a copper-colored light, casting a cozy, atmospheric radiance.

“This is a very busy restaurant, but they are efficient and we did not need to wait long for a table. The decor is nice. Large paper palm trees in the corners and an assortment of masks on the walls.

The menu looks great for non-vegetarians. Not so great for vegetarians. The paella especially looked good. One of the members in our party had chicken and shrimp. The presentation looked impressive.“

I also liked that they offer combo meals, so you can try a few different things without spending too much. The portions were good, everything tasted fresh, and the atmosphere was nice and cozy. “Always a pleasure coming to Rove! Tonite was an exceptional experience. I wish i got the bartenders name. Wednesday 4/24/24 between 7-9pm. Nice nails and curly hair. She was funny pleasant and took care of us. Long story short, after great apps and drinks, paid the bill and left…I dropped a $50 out of my pocket after I paid and left and was only 2 store fronts down and she came after me telling me you dropped a bill and gave it back. You don’t see this honestly often anymore. Kudos to her and Rove deserves her as an employee.“

“I remember how wonderful Glorias Pizza was on Mains street Flushing in the 1970’s and so when I seen it on Queens Blvd I was excited to try and relive the deliciousness of the pizza! The plain slice was a standard slice of pizza, NOT the Gloria’s I remembered. It is Not a bad slice but not a memorable one either. If you’re in the area and need to eat something quick and have it be edible give this place a shot! Pizzeria is big, lots of tables and the service/staff were great! I loved the old pictures on the wall of the Original Gloria’s. Took me back in time.“

The lamb and chicken are always seasoned right, never dry, and the portions stay consistent. His white and green sauce combo is crazy good without being overwhelming.
