It's gonna be rich in cornstarch, egg and tofu. Not overly hot or sour but full of flavor. Roast pork/shrimp options are where it's at. I just love walking into a joint, seeing people deciding to eat their order right there. It's a small space so it makes it feel loved when people are chowing down on soup, fried chicken and noodles on a cold day.“
