“Absolutely love King Wok. By far the best Chinese food in my area. They have been a go for me since the beginning of this year and so far nothing I have gotten has been bad. They used to have coupons but were removed during COVID but thats to be expected.“
“Let me just say here that I have been to Haidilao many times and the food is not only delicious but also very warm. Just like today, I would like to express my strong thanks to the handsome guy who served us, helped us find parking tickets in the garbage, and patiently helped us change the bottom of the pot. really thankful! Must praise!“
“This place took me a bit to find but i must say it was worth the wait and trip. This has been the best KBBQ and hot pot ive been to. The most variety of foods from soups, meats, seafood among other things. Great place for birthdays and celebrations. Staff was exceptional and friendly. Will be returning with friends and family.“
“Gan Hoo BBQ offers a tantalizing taste of Korean BBQ delights. As soon as you enter, the savory aroma beckons you into a world of culinary bliss. The diverse selection of meats ensures there's something for everyone, and the interactive grilling experience adds a fun twist to the meal. With attentive service and flavorful side dishes, Gan Hoo BBQ is a must-visit destination for any BBQ enthusiast.“
“Lao Bei is such a nice spot to get a quick lunch or dinner! The prices are low and the amount of food you get is insane. If you are a dumpling fan, their dumplings are different than gyoza that other places have; it has a much thicker skin and definitely feels heartier. The noodles are hand-pulled and have the perfect texture, and they do not skimp on the toppings. There is chili oil on every table that you can feel free to add on, I think it adds a very nice flavor to it. They also sell packs of 50 frozen dumplings, I try to make sure I always have them in stock when I come. The only thing is that the boiled dumplings do take a bit of time to come out, which is probably because they cooked to order; not a complaint but just an FYI in case you are limited on time.“
“Atmosphere is warm and service and food are excellent. It is clear that staff take pride in the food they serve, and it does not disappoint! Don’t skip the lamb with hot honey. Wow! The restaurant was a little loud as they do have a larger tables available- a pro and con depending on what you are looking for. Definitely worth a visit!“
“It’s always a good time at CQLZ. Be warned that the wait is long, usually 2-3 hours Friday-Sunday, esp at dinner, so you should just come out down your name and then explore Flushing. The larger the group, the longer the expected wait (eg if >6, they only have 3 tables that size, so it takes a while). Beautiful interior reminiscent of an old Chinese village. The broth here is delicious. If you like spicy, the hot broth got you covered with however hot you want it. If you don’t like spicy, the tomato broth and the mushroom broth are both solid, with the mushroom broth being more delicate. The meat and vegetables are all pretty fresh, and you should probably get 3-5 things per person depending on how hungry you are. The sauce is make as you want, and they have some recs for combinations at the bottom of the menu if you get overwhelmed with the options.Definitely worth a try. This is our go to hot pot spot.“
“The best thing about the restaurant is the old lady that owns the restaurant! Absolutely! Adorable and soo sweet! The beef noodle dish was so5 stars for 5 seasons1. Owner is sweet! Sweetest old lady you’ll ever meet!2. Beef noodle dish was perfection! Super flavorful, noodle texture perfect! Beef was so tender!3. Price was amazing!4. Fast service! Super!5. Location was good! Not the best!“
“I really loved the place! I did not expect to have a great experience, I ordered the sea soup, the soups have an exquisite flavor and the proportion is great! The desserts are also delicious and the prices are affordable.Definitely you have to try it.“
“Obsessed with Bonnie’s it had such unique takes on Cantonese classics and each dish was excellent. The atmosphere is modern and fresh - would be cute for a birthday or night out with friends/family. Everyone working there is super nice and personable - great service. Great cocktails too!“
“Recently on a business trip, my colleagues and I went to this restaurant for dinner. The sanitation and service attitude are really very good. I can give it five ⭐️. Every dish made me taste better, especially the mapo tofu, which is smooth and slightly spicy. It is very suitable for vegetarian sisters to try. It is worth recommending. I will definitely try other dishes next time I go to New York.“
“This has to be one of the funnest restaurant experiences I have had in a LONG time .. maybe the best. The chefs and hosts are all fully interactive with the customers sitting around the sushi bar. The omakase was spectacular and each dish was unique. I've been to a few Michelin restaurants and feel this entire experience should qualify for one. I would 100% come back here. Fairly priced as well for what you get.“
“The boss is very nice. He is very particular about the selection of store managers. The fish tastes great. Sometimes there is no fish when I come here. This means the ingredients are fresh enough. I deserve the good business. I come here to eat when I don’t want to go to Flushing. Highly recommended.“
“Food was great, very traditional Beijing dishes.Only the service, we have a 3-year-old on the table with us. The waiter never get the kid a set of plate fork or spoon. The kiddo has no utensil to use at all.Otherwise, if you like northern Chinese food, perfect place to go.“
“Beautiful interior design, cute booths, ample space despite the relatively small store footprint. Lunch sets were excellent! We ordered 2 lunch sets + an extra main which is just right for two people with large appetites. The double cooked pork and spicy chicken were exceptional - honestly a quality I’d expect in China. The eggplant dish was a bit too sweet (and I’m from an area that eats sweet) but cooked just right otherwise. Ingredient quality was excellent. Highly recommend going for lunch!“
“This place was a wonderful experience I went there for the first time and I told my server his name was Jason he was so helpful and recommended the best options for us everything was so delicious everything tasted so fresh , Thanks again to Jason for the best experience and recommendation he was honest and everything came as he explained definitely will be going back frequently, Everything was 10/10“
“Food was great and excellent customer service! Our order initially accidentally came with sesame seeds which we had asked to be removed due to an allergy. We called the restaurant and Luis who picked up sent us a replacement within 10 minutes! Very kind and accommodating “
“this is one of the best food places in flushing. we come here every time we visit new york and always get numerous lamb skewers. the skewers are so flavorful and extremely juicy. along with the spiciness, it makes a perfect combination and a true jewel of flushing.lamb skewer (9.5/10)“
“The friendliest staff you will ever meet as well as the best food you will ever eat! It is evident the amount of thought and care that goes in to the food preparation, and as such, the quality has never ceased to amaze! If you are searching for authentic Szechuan cuisine, then this is the place to be at!“
“Affordable and tasty food from Taiwan! I found this place at Yelp as it was close to our hotel Sky Hotel. And I grew up eating Taiwanese home-cooked meals. I went with friend, Ann, and we tried the chicken. Fried rice, Shanghai Beef noodles, and the fried tofu appetizer. I thought every was legit and tasty, and the price was right! Meal for two for less than $30! If I was not traveling, I would have brought home leftovers and had another meal! That is a bargain for NYC!“
“A total hidden gem! Tried their steam pork dumplings with garlic and cilantro, and they were top-notch fresh, not greasy, and perfectly balanced. Washed it down with a cold lemon tea for good measure. Seriously, if you're craving some amazing dumplings, this spot is where it's at.“
“Food is always delicious here. My family and I have been coming here for decades for dim sum. 11:30am on the weekend is already late, so expect a wait. There were only booster seats available for kids. *BIG TIP* You'll thank me later ? There are 2 ramps. One on either side of the restaurant. No need to struggle to fold up your stroller to go up those long stairs. Once you get in, make the left and go to the front to get a seat.Parking: If you eat here you can park next door. Just get a stamp after you pay and show it. Remember to tip the valet person!“
“One of the best Hunan dishes in New York. Every time I come to eat, the waiter will introduce the dishes carefully and ask how they taste during the meal. The dishes are authentic Hunan flavor. My friend from Hunan has personally certified that the fish head with chopped pepper and the stir-fried yellow beef are very authentic.“
“Welcome to a Alley 41, a Michelin Bib Szechuan restaurant, hidden on41st Ave in the heart of Flushing Queens. With a modern and traditional decor, their friendly staffs are ready at your service. Steaming hot dishes come out in lightning speeds to satisfy your hunger. Everything is fresh, tasty, and flavorful. Grab your chopsticks and start digging in for some Szechuan delights. Make your way to Alley 41 and spice up your dinner!“
“Came here on a whim after having a hard time deciding on a place to eat. Best decision ever as everything we ordered was delicious. The service here is great too, they train the staff here well. This spot is now a must visit whenever im in nyc. Go to orders are the Peking duck with the salt and pepper duck bones, preserved ham fried rice and szechuan string beans. Those three dishes are ? ? ?.“
“Bring cash to enjoy this amazing spot.Must try the currant roll. Currant rolls are available after 3PM.If you like coconut, you'll LOVE the coconut roll. It is flaky and came warm.If you like the texture of mochi, and you like almond extract, try the cassava pone. There if usually a line out the door so check before walking in.Line moves quickly and service is very kind.“
“The service at this store is top-rated! They offer free snacks and kids' meals, and the quality of the meat freshness is excellent. We ordered a pot of chicken and pork stomach as soup base, and the soup is incredibly delicious with rich materials! We also chose a clear mineral water pot base, which is also very tasty and goes well with lamb rolls! The portions of beef and lamb are generous and satisfying! Highly recommended!Kid-friendliness: Yes“
“As you walk in the Restaurant, you immediately get a homey atmosphere in this place! The food was served very quickly. The Authentic Taiwanese Beef Noodle Soup is excellent as the broth is very thick and flavorful. The beef that they use is half tendon half meat, which is the best combo that a merchant can use when preparing this dish! Overall, the food is excellent! I would definitely come back again! As a bonus, their pickled cabbage and peanuts side dish are excellent too!“
“When you arrive you just sit at an empty table and order from the pad and the food will be brought to you. The food itself was okay, generous portions and came out very fast. There’s a toppings bar where you can get an assortment of pickles, chilis and vinegar which help boost the flavor. Really enjoyed the sticky rice meatballs and duck gizzard. The small dishes were pretty affordable so it was fun to try an assortment. Looking forward to trying a different set of apps next time! Employees are also very busy but super nice.“
“This is one of my favorite go-to places in Flushing. Somehow my partner and I always find ourselves craving their noodles. Our favorites are beef stew and roasted duck! Unfortunately, this business only accepts cash but luckily you can order off UberEats if you really have to! The food is always out fast yet it never sacrifices the quality. If you visit the store itself rather than ordering online, you'll be able to see them hand pull the noodles right in front of you too! Highly recommend this restaurant.“
“Walked in and perused what the locals were eating. Noticed most tables had a bowl of rich noodle soup.I ordered the L7 (beef stew soup noodles) for $12.99. First laden of broth and the flavor was amazing. ?Next up was the texture of beef. Good taste & plentiful. The large noodle portion was made for a famished cyclist ??The Tujia sauce pancakes paired well when I dipped it in the beef broth. This is my 2nd time here but I only tried the BBQ skewers previously. I must say this is the BEST BEEF NOODLE SOUP in Flushing ??If you know better, please share with me and I’ll pay for both of us ??.The venue is comfortable and the crowd is young. I’m escalating this to TOP 5 in Flushing ??.Try it! You will thank me later…Parking: Best to park in skyview mall for $7 and walk 10 minutes over“
“Liked the food a lot, it was fresh and very tasty! We ordered the sesame cold noodles, garlic Chinese eggplant, salt and pepper tofu and vegan made weeping tiger salad. Honestly each dish was better than the other, right amount of spice and was light. The atmosphere was kind of dive bar-y which was pretty nice. The prices were a bit high in my opinion though. The service wasn’t very good. Our server wasn’t very knowledgeable about the menu as we were asking her questions about it. She brought the check right after we finished our food without asking if we needed anything else which I found it very odd and sloppy! Maybe she was new…“
“I accidentally entered this store at 4 o'clock, and encountered happy hour, unlimited red willow sheep for 1 yuan per skewer, and free drinks. It was so cool! ! I also tried grilled bananas and small fat and lean beef skewers. The secret beef skewers were delicious. The grilled bananas were surprisingly delicious.“
“The beef noodle soup was really good and hot the spot, beef was nice and tender and the broth was not too salty. Zha jiang noodles were fine. Big portions for the price you get, I feel like you get your moneys worth and then some. The atmosphere is not fancy, it’s bare bones but that’s where you gotta go to get good food in Flushing. Service was great, got seated immediately and food came out super fast. Would definitely come back here to try more.“
“Formally known as dolar shop I love how they transformed dolar shop into chocho now! It’s acye, with a variety of different cuts of meats and I must say the meats are super fresh ! The buffet has a variety of different things to choose from. There’s also a dessert bar! The staff is friendly attentive and helpful. Spacious restaurant good for a large group also has they have a room that fits up to 8+ in the back!“
“I have just sold my first-class mansion in Tomson. I can eat the private dishes here as I want. I contacted several small loan companies in the port, Ola. We are country bumpkins. Just love eating fish. Eat whatever you want. Gang Gang Di is Lu Gude. good “
“Wow! What a great lunch. I was surprised at how good the food here was. I ordered the Pork Soup Dumplings and the Pickled Chili and Sliced Beef Noodles. Both were terrific! I am a bit of a soup dumpling snob and I can safey say that these were terrific! Easily makes the list of my top 5 soup dumplings. The pickled chili noodle bowl was well seasoned, just the right amount of spiciness and was loaded with tons of flavor. The people working there were extremely friendly and polite.I highly recommend this place! I will definitely be back!“
“Wanted to try a Taiwanese style restaurant, it was so good. The flavors are really there and everything tastes great. We ordered 4 things- beef noodle soup (very tender and the noodles and the soup were so flavorful)- salt and pepper chicken was so crunchy- we got a lamb with vegetables plate (very sweet and savory)- pig intestines (so crunchy and delicious!)Overall experience 10/10 would come again“
“Been here a few times, and so glad that this place continues to offer Uyghur food in the heart of Flushing. Mostly have come here so far for their beef/lamb pockets in the setting of a Food Crawl and it's always an interesting fun moment for everyone. While the most recent time we went the meat was not the most tender, it's kind of like an empanada with middle eastern and Chinese flavors combined into one. It wasn't spicy at all, and the onions added a nice touch. The workers are nice and it's def worth a stop because who knows where else you'll be able to find food like this? Definitely want to come back to try the rest of their items. NYC beats other big cities in that we offer a ton of diversity, represented in our food culture and the fact that we have Uyghur food is a blessing, so take advantage of it.“
“this is one of those places that you go to with 10 people and order 10 different things and they are all completely amazing. not recommended for any dietary restrictions. use google reviews to point at different pics of what you want and be adventurous at the menu—this combo will yield varied and dependable results. new years day 2024.“
“Excellent noodles and dim sum in LIC. So rare to find knife-sliced noodles and hand-pulled noodles, especially at this quality. If you like chewy noodles, the knife-sliced are a must-try. Dim sum is also consistently great, try the lotus leaf wrapped sticky rice. Hope this place stays open forever.“
“My order was:Steam Dumplings, Pad Thai, Seafood Pineapple Feast, Crab Rangoon, Thai Ice Tea.Delicious food, I would repeat it several times and I want to try other dishes.Crab Rangoon was my favorite starter ❤️. Next time I want to go to the restaurant for a better experience.“
“This location is definitely understaffed. No one expects a rush of customers to swarm this area. However, whenever there are more than 4-5 customers in line, you start to notice how slow and understaffed they are. I feel bad for the staff, they look very busy all the time. Sometimes, because of rushing to catch up with orders, the noodles were not cut as fine as they do in other locations. They are a bit too big and too thick to the taste. The cold noodles also was lack of flavoring. The lamb noodles and the beef noodles were just not the right cut. One time during a busy hour, the beef in my noodle is basically just tendons and fat. Other than being understaffed, the food is still consistently good. I love this place.“
“A bit crowded, but no wait for a weekend dinner. Never had the hot pot here, but keep coming back for their Hainanese Chicken. Their sauces are made in house and are the reason we keep coming back. Better than 99% of the spots in Flushing. Everything is ordered through an iPad so you never have to wait if you need to ask for more rice or anything. Great spot for a quick bite or date night.“
“Had a chance to try this amazing new restaurant at Double Happiness Palace that serves Szechuan dishes. It’s spacious, beautifully decorated and the staff is friendly. The extensive menu offers authentic Szechuan cuisine and every dish we tried was excellent. The house special rice, The griddle shrimp and spare ribs are fabulous. Don’t miss out the sea cucumber. It is very good. Overall, if you’re a fan of bold and authentic Szechuan flavors, this restaurant is a must-try!!Featured ⤵️⭐️House special Rice & Cured meat⭐️Sliced Pork with garlic⭐️Griddle shrimp & spare rib⭐️House special Sea Cucumber⭐️Stir fried Eggplant & String bean“
“I recently went here after hearing from a friend about their food and how great it is. I have been to many of these cuisines but this one is probably one of the best ones yet. Their food is very traditional and some of these reviews are bad because they probably don’t know what traditional korean chinese food cuisine food is. I will be coming here a lot more often now.“
“Not sure if it's a sister restaurant from the one in Chinatown, but the food was amazing! Pork & chives dumplings were juicy and flavorful. I also had hot and spicy beef noodle, which has generous amounts of tender beef and savory soup. The guy at the counter was so friendly and sweet as well! Highly recommend.“
“First time trying out delicious savory crepe Chinese style! A friendly and helpful gentleman helped me order what I want. Will be back for sure. We tried #1 classic and #6 with turkey ham and pork floss. Both were very tasty. FYI, no cc, cash, Zelle or Venmo.“
“Excellent gong kong style brunch style noodle and congee spot, and perfect for rice dishes and Chinese vegetable and simple sautéed Chinese style beef and seafood dishes. I enjoy coming back and doing take out for those days I don't feel like cooking!“
“Friendly neighborhood Chinese bakery to get your laicha and coffee in the morning. I love that they also offer Hong Kong style milk tea. Yes Hong Kong style milk tea is very different from regular milk tea and bubble milk tea. I also love that they still offer breakfast specials (macaroni in soup) and small stir-frys“
