“Another amazing dinner from Katsuno. Our favorite authentic Japanese restaurant in NYC came through for us once again, this time with take-out. Tonight we had the Tuna Avocado Salad, Nigiri Sushi, Pork Hirekatsu, and Tempura Udon. All served with a refreshing can of Funaguchi Kikusui Sake. Everything was fresh and delicious as always and served curbside in a safe no contact manner. Thank you Katsuno!”

We both ordered off the lunch special menu, and both got the same a pork jäger schnitzel with some French fries…15 bucks. The food was hot and tasty and the price was reasonable. The bartender was friendly and attentive, if you’re in the area this may be the best lunch deal in town.”

And the lady at the register was the sweetest person I have encountered since I moved to NY in 2023. And the korean hotdogs were much bigger than I thought they'd be and very tasty. “It's our first time here, we wanted a more regular style of pizza vs the regular Danni's pizza that we normally get in the neighborhood so we decided to give this one a shot. There pene slice was delicious and the garlic knots were fabulous, best ones I've had yet actually. We also ordered a cheese slice and the pepperoni , I found the pizza to be to floppy I would have preferred more of a slight crunch and sturdy slice. But none the less it satisfied my craving for a classic regular NY slice”

“Everything was delicious. We hosted a Purim breakfast at our temple and everyone was so happy and full. I personally put in the order myself and everything from ordering to delivery was so smooth. We ordered large quantity of variety of bagels with all types of cream cheeses, salmon salad, white fish and tuna. Plus we got crepes with ricotta cheese which were Devine. And we ordered lots of croissants 🥐 , plain and chocolate which by the way are huge. I can’t say enough how fresh and delicious everything was. Highly highly recommend this place!!”

“I went to Mad for Chicken today with one other person, which was a Wednesday around 6:30pm. There were plenty of seats and we didn’t have to wait. We were greeted with a complimentary popcorn, which was delicious! The waiter was also incredibly attentive to our table and made sure to check on us occasionally. The ambiance is dim, kind of like a bar restaurant without too much noise. It’s a great spot for a date night out. We ordered 20 pieces of wings, half with soy garlic and the other half with mango habanero, tteok-Bokki (with cheese) and truffle fries. I personally do not handle spice very well, however the mango habanero was surprisingly good and not too spicy. In my opinion, I thought the tteok-bokki was spicier but not too spicy to the point where I couldn’t take a second bite.

Although I have been to many other Mad for Chicken chains before, this is my first time in the Forest Hills location and also my first time publishing a review for this restaurant. I would totally come back!”

“It's been a minute since I've been to a Panda Express. Like pre covid a long time ago so when I saw this spot around Woodhaven, I figured, why not? I'll check it out to see what it's like. I have before in Queens Center but it was nothing special to make me want to go back.

As wide as the place looks it's fairly narrow but it makes for a good line to choose what you want from the restaurant. The staff were pretty receptive for a fast food joint so that's actually a plus on their end.

My lunch was a side of Fried Rice along with Orange Chicken and Teriyaki Chicken and it was pretty good. Had all of that with an egg roll and it filled me up. Price of it is a tad on the steep side, all of what I had plus a soda was almost $20 but you could get a modest meal here for about half the price.

Solid location with workers who do a solid job of serving you as well as prepared food meant to delight. I have to knock a star off the atmosphere because it's kinda basic but it's a fast food joint so expectations be damned.”

Usually not a big salad person but this Balsamic chicken avocado salad changed me. Pretty standard with the romaine lettuce, grilled chicken, avocado and eggs but I really enjoyed how the sauce was not too overpowering and really brought everything together. I got light sauce and I think this was perfect for me. Each ingredient was fresh and delicious. I definitely recommend if you’re too lazy to make dinner and you want something simple and light.”
