“My friend was late for the lunch but eventually she showed up. She loved the vegetarian lunch and we chatted about a bunch of stuff. The last time we got together was December 2025 and so we had much to catch up. The server was extremely kind and never rushed us.“

“We just had our Frnd Ashirbad on Sep 27,2024. We had 250 guests attend our wedding. Every single guest told us it was the absolute best Ashirbad they’ve EVER attended. The catering quality is outstanding.Special shoutout to Tareq and Mamun bhai for arranging and coordinating for us, to helping us figure out exactly how to bring our vision to life- they were EXTRAORDINARY! Our frnd Monisha and Aurgo were outstanding on Ashirbad day, making sure everything went perfectly for our special day. “After eating so much (pizza etc )we needed to eat something different, spicy and booked this gem,as it as near to our hotel. It was also our 40th wedding anniversary. We are from U.K. This was amazing perfectly cooked tasty home made authentic Indian cuisine. We had mocktails ( lavender was refreshing ). The tandoori lamb chops x4 were full meat seasoned beautifully and delicious. All other sides perfect too. Now in U.K. we hate restaurant Indian puddings they are usually bought in and awful/failure. After finding out the chef is the owner and a recipient Michelin star we were convinced to stay, try and this was the first time we have had authentic home made puddings; try Kulfi with rose water & also Indian rice pudding. The whole meal was exceptional great value and we will recommend this restaurant to anyone else visiting New York. Easy to find off Times Square /Broadway. Thanks for the rendition “ congratulations “ for our 40th. You are great ! A little gem of authenticity in big New York !“

“INCREDIBLE Indian food experience in New York! I ordered the Butter Chicken and Garlic Naan. It was incredible! The server was very sweet and warned that while the Mango Lassi cocktail was delicious it was very sweet, she suggested a Mango Majito instead, which was absolutely DELICIOUS and not overly sweet at all.
The owner Syed came over and introduced himself, he personally thanked me for coming to his restaurant and offered me a free dessert, which was delicious as well.
Absolutely cannot recommend Cloves enough! I am very excited to bring my Indian food loving family in to enjoy!“

“We enjoyed a pleasant lunch at Spice Symphony.
We are originally from Mumbai and this place took us back to our roots. The ambience, hospitality and taste were a 5/5.
The servers were attentive and prompt to respond.
We were a noisy bunch seated there because it was a family reunion, but the staff were still kind and accommodating. They made sure we felt at home and the rest of the restaurant guests were not inconvenienced by us.
My personal favourite is the Dahi Kebab, Palak paneer and Rasmalai.
I tasted the Chinese food from one of my cousin’s choices and relished the Hakka Noodles.
Thank you for a memorable experience at Times Square!“

“Delicious and inventive food. Everything had a great blend of flavors and textures, where all the ingredients remained distinct and the composition was better than the parts. The crispy lacha paratha was one of the best I've had. The morels korma was excellent. I'll be back to try more.
The atmosphere is pretty relaxed and the food was well paced, I never felt under pressure to leave.“

“⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
My wife, our dog, and I came in for dinner and had an amazing experience from start to finish! The service was exceptional, and the owner was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and kind.
We ordered the chicken tikka masala, saag paneer, mango lassi, garlic & chili naan vegetable and chicken samosas, gulab jamun, and even received a delicious rice pudding on the house. Everything was absolutely phenomenal. Honestly, the food was so good that I forgot to take pictures before digging in!
The flavors were incredible, the portions were generous, and every dish was made with care. I walked out feeling like I had gained 10 pounds—but it was worth every bite!
10/10 experience. We will definitely be back and highly recommend this restaurant to anyone looking for amazing food and outstanding hospitality. ❤️🍽️ #theyarepetfriendly 🐶“

“Came to check out this spot based on the hype from my friends, and our experience was that the food was nice but nothing crazy. Starting off, the service and ambiance were good.
Here is what we ordered:
Fried Fish: Was nothing special. We expected something amazing since it's one of the most expensive appetizers.
Aloo Chaat: This was good.
Chicken Dum Biryani: Very flavorful and our clear favorite of the night.
Dal Makhni with Roti: The dal makhni tasted authentic.
Rose milk was just try too
Overall, it was a nice experience.“

The butter chicken was rich and flavorful, the biryani was perfectly seasoned, and the naan was fresh and soft. The atmosphere was warm and inviting, and the staff was attentive and friendly. “From the outside, one might think this a food hall of sorts. Its definitely more of a hub for food delivery services. There were countless pickup orders and, including us, 2 other tables that came to sit and eat. The atmosphere has grande ceilings with floor to ceiling windows with bar seating running along and maybe 8 tables. There are hard-copy menus and touchscreen stations to order but the choices are countless; resulting in a time consuming firt-timer experience. There's 1 kitchen that pumps out separate restaurant menu items. The food was ok. I got a Mexican-style chicken bowl that was crossed with another restaurants curry chicken; bites here and there were different. My husband got an Asian-style chicken fried rice bowl that came out cold. 2nd attempt was saturated in sesame oil and inedible. We didn't realize it at the time but Amex Gold got rid of Goldbelly, replaced by Wonder; big mistake in our opinion as Goldbelly is worldwide and Wonder is limited to big-city access for a lesser quality product.“

“This is an incredible restaurant with amazing food, great service and welcoming ambiance. I had heard about it from my son and niece who live in NYC but I made it a point to go there while visiting from Chicago. I was so impressed during my first visit (by myself) that I went back within a month with my son and niece! Almost everything I had were incredible. The SPDP, wada pav, rava fry were to die for and same with the Ghaati (or gavraan?) chicken was very tasty as well. The two minor things to note are - the Paav (bread) I ordered the first time was okay (too dry or stale) but second time I had chapati and it was great. Secondly the Ghati chicken has some pieces that not everyone will enjoy or like the consistency of - it’s either the liver or the brain and my son wasn’t fond of it. Lastly it’s a cosy restaurant so you also get to strike up a conversation with Soham (chef) or his wife Aarti - especially around closing time. Can’t wait to go there again! Keep up the great work.“

“Finally visited Bungalow today after almost a year in waiting. It was one of the best dining experiences , we ever had. The food and the drinks along with their service was amazing. We were celebrating our wedding anniversary and Vikas Khanna himself brought their complimentary signature orange mousse, which was more than delicious. Seeing him interact with every single guest in the restaurant was so heart warming. A really humble and friendly person. Wishing him and his team all the very best.“

“Affordable, nostalgic, and full of flavor the Hindu temple canteen instantly transported me back to the South. The food is simple, soulful, and served with warmth. I highly recommend the sambar vada, idli, chilli dosa, masala dosa, bisi bele baath, poori, pongal, and of course, their strong and aromatic filter coffee. Perfect for anyone craving authentic South Indian tiffin without breaking the bank.“

“One of the best restaurant I have ever tried in the NYC, really enjoyed the food there. We tried chicken tikka, chicken chettinad curry, naan everything, especially the chicken biryani. I had original Hyderabadi chicken biryani taste here, loved it! Also, the price was very reasonable, not much expensive. Must try if you’re traveling to NYC and want to eat Indian dishes.“

Personal and attentive. Definitely recommended.“

“I had the Giant TIKKA MASALA CHICKEN CHEESESTEAK and it was absolutely delicious! Every bite had a great combination of flavors that blended perfectly together. It had just the right amount of spice—flavorful with a nice kick, but not overpowering. When I tell you it's fire meaning it tastes amazing trust me you won't regret it!
I also want to recognize Ankit for the outstanding customer service. He was very patient while taking my order over the phone, answered all of my questions, and made the entire experience pleasant. He was genuinely kind, caring, and professional. Great food paired with excellent customer service is what keeps customers coming back. I highly recommend this place, and I’ll definitely be ordering again!“

“Service was impeccable! We ordered take out at the restaurant, but they let us sit at the bar and offered a glass of water. Both of our curries were outstanding, rice was standard, but the naan was a bit chewy. The nice gentlemen even gave us a complementary mango lassi! Will be coming back if we’re in NYC again. 😊“

“From Texas With LOVE for DHANIA! I am from TX where South Asian food is in competition to be better. 6 ****** Rating, Why? I am an Expert of Bengali/Indian/Pakistani food due to my involvement to provide bi-weekly food to our congregations of up to 500 members. Our food is mainly Bengali/Indian/Pakistani dishes and some outside items like salads/sweets etc. I mostly cook the main dishes MYSELF. During my visit to NY I dined in few restaurants. I never ate in any NY restaurants before. Dera rest: C+; 3 star Lahore rest: B-; 3.5 star Kababish: C-; 2 star Alibaba Kabab near Bufalo: B+; 4 star Few fast-food restaurants. Now the Main subject DHANIA restaurant, A++; 6 Star Restaurant is Very Clean, Nice atmosphere. Food came in reasonable time. If food comes quickly then thats not good for S. Asian food. Cauliflower was fantastic! Samosas were very good! Chatney awesome. Chicken Tikka was great! Biriyani & butter chicken was Excellent! Naan was fine & soft! Not hard or burned as some other places. Since I ordered catering for my congregation from many restaurants in Houston, I became an expert in S. Asian food. Dhania really surpassed my expectations and surprised me in NY. Wish them the best. Keep serving the best food!“

“It’s usually pretty quiet here when I tend to go for lunch. The service has always been great and attentive. The portions are big I can rarely finish what I order. The best part is the pricing - I typically order a main with rice & naan and a couple glasses of wine and I always feel like I’m getting a deal. Definitely recommend!“
