Tourmaline Reviews
We have loved dining at this unique, classy French restaurant in Forest Hills since ir opened, but our appreciation soared 10-fold after holding an 80th birthday party for 50 people on a gorgeous October afternoon. Rebecca provided superb oversight as tasty hors d’oeuvres were passed inside and outside on the tree-shaded couch-lined patio. We hosted an event for 35 people that included a ceremony, followed by a brunch and more. It was perfection. I cannot thank Rebecca and Yvan enough for creating the perfect setting for us. The food was spectacular as was the service.
Hosted my wedding reception dinner on 9/21/26. We absolutely loved everything about Tourmaline. The food, staff, Rebecca were the best, super accommodating & so professional. Everyone raved about the food & the space is so beautiful. Would recommend Tourmaline 1000000%!!!

Tourmaline is a unique, classy French restaurant in Forest Hills that has become a favorite spot for celebrations. Guests have hosted events for 35 to 50 people, including weddings, a ceremony followed by a brunch, and an 80th birthday party on a gorgeous October afternoon. The space is beautiful, elegant, and intimate, with a tree-shaded, couch-lined patio. The food is spectacular and exceeded expectations, with guests raving about the hors d'oeuvres. For one party, six choices from a list of about 20 included shrimp and grits, pigs in blankets, tuna tartare, tiny bacon baked potatoes, tomato-mozzarella skewers, and mini tacos. Prime ribs, salmon, and chicken Francese were cooked to perfection, and an open bar and wine with dinner were included. An ice cream sundae bar was provided for the kids and youngs-at-heart. The staff is the best, super accommodating, and so professional, providing superb oversight and attentive service throughout receptions. Tourmaline is wholeheartedly recommended for hosting your next event.
