“Is the food good? Yes. Can you get equally flavorful rice with beans and meat somewhere else for a lower price? Yes. Also, suggestion for the restaurant, I'm not sure if that corn based sauce that comes out with the Yuca frita is authentic to Cuba but some good ol garlic and olive oil mojo would be way better.“

“Recently went and although the food and waiter staff were great, we were expecting what we seen on here. There was no performances. An empty space. Apparently there's a 2 hr gap between brunch and dinner. The booking site allowed for a 4pm reservation. When we arrived we were accommodated but looked at funny. We found out that brunch had ended at 3pm. I was really hoping for the full experience I seen here and paid alot and didn't get it.“

“I went to a family friend’s 70th birthday party they hosted in the Atlantic ballroom. The space was modern and very clean. The food was DELICIOUS!!! And the workers, Yiselle, Estrellita, and Shorty (blonde) made the event so memorable! They paid attention to every detail, whether it was filling our water cups, collecting unused plates and of course they did it all with a warm smile. They were kind, funny and very welcoming. “I was so excited to spend my birthday at Leticia's. The food and service were fine, and the atmosphere seemed lively enough, but the night ended in total heartbreak. My husband had specifically arranged for a sweet birthday surprise—a simple dessert and a song—and the hostess completely forgot. Watching the night end in absolute silence without even a mention of my birthday was devastating. It completely ruined what should have been a special moment. Remind the hostess or server several times about anything special you want yo do.“

Saltenas were rich, juicy, and hearty (start at one end) and the Sopa de Mani is not at all what I expected peanut soup to taste like. think of Rich complex New England clam chowder without the clams. really no peanutty taste at all. the owner was wonderful as well“

“My wife and I came here for dinner tonight, and we had an amazing experience from start to finish. The food was absolutely delicious, the drinks were just as impressive, and the atmosphere had such a great vibe.

I had the Caipirinha, and my wife ordered the Passion Fruit Lychee Martini—both were fantastic and made perfectly.

The highlight of our visit was our bartender, Ricardo. He was incredibly friendly, knowledgeable, and made us feel welcome from the moment we sat down. He took the time to explain the menu, gave great recommendations, and his service really elevated the entire experience.

It’s not often you find a place where the food, drinks, service, and atmosphere all come together this well. We’ll definitely be back, and we’ll be recommending Guarapo Latin Fusion to our friends and family. Thank you, Ricardo, for making our night such a great one!“

“Cute spot in the East Village to get a small bite or a coffee. I dropped in on a cold Winter day to get a warm empanada , which was a good idea . I ordered the Papa Con Queso (potatoes and cheese ) which they have to fry up fresh for you (other empanada are not fried.) There are cosy places to sit and several different sauces on the table (i liked the green herb one.) Staff are nice and the empanada was like $3.50. It was crispy and tasty - a nice snack if you're in the area .“

“This is one of my go-to spots in Crown Heights. Everyone who works here is really nice and the food is amazing. My faves are the pancakes (they come with dulce de leche butter!) and the crispy eggplant sandwich. Great coffee and I also love the horchata. Highly recommended“

“Good food and superb service as always. I had shrimp empananas, which were quite tasty; salmon with mango sauce, which was utterly delicious; and empanadas. My husband had arroz con pollo, which is a huge dish. Both of our main courses were served with rice and beans. For dessert, we had churros, which were excellent. My only complaint is that the coffee is too strong for me. Personal preference, perhaps.“

The young counter girl from Medellin that doubled as a server was as cheery and as helpful as can be. I ordered the Bandeja Paisa to get a nice melange of all that Colombia has to offer and I haven't had Colombian food this good since I was in Colombia! It was presented so delicately detailed that it was a feast for the eyes as well as the senses. I could barely finish it when the lovely hostess offered me a selection of fruity empanadas for dessert which I had to have boxed up and had my mango empanada for a delicious breakfast the next morning.
