Hello fellow restauranteur, this review is about to dive into the reasons I have to believe that Colonia Verde is a caliber above all else. Yes, that’s right. Bold statement alert: best restaurant in Brooklyn? I think yes. Blood Mary, maybe because I ordered non-alcoholic, I felt like I was drinking sauce.The duck is very soft and goes perfectly with the cornflakes underneath. , the sauce is also quite delicious.The dessert was served before I finished the last dish. By the time I finished, the dessert had melted.The waiter couldn't see me at all. I sat outside and no one came over after I finished eating. In the end, I asked the staff to move things.

Amazing! Food is flavorful and delicious. Our server Juju was attentive and made great recommendations. The backyard is beautiful, great atmosphere. The gin martini was perfect. We shared the Frijoles, shrimp tacos and the chicken. Highly recommend!
