“As a husband-and-wife foodie duo, we’re always looking for restaurants that truly stand out—and this place absolutely delivered! From the moment the food arrived, the presentation was beautiful and every dish was an outstanding. Sushi was 10/10 the best I’ve ever had. We tried their pasta, sushi, fish, and three dessert. You can tell there’s a lot of thought and care put into both the flavors and the way each plate is presented.

Everything we tried was fresh, flavorful, beautifully prepared, and honestly exceeded our expectations. It’s not always easy to find a kosher dairy restaurant that checks every box, but this one definitely does.

We left already talking about what we want to order the next time we come back. Definitely a must-try for anyone who appreciates great food, beautiful presentation, and a memorable dining experience!“

“Here's the review Spencer wrote for you: My family and I just visited to celebrate my grandsons birthday- we like to get a bunch of plates and share family style and this menu was perfect for that. You have to get mezze and extra bread (must try the kubane). We also ended up getting three orders of the shishbarak for the six of us, it is way too good! I got the salmon for my entree which was cooked to perfection and beautifully seasoned. Spencer our server recommended the silan and the cheesecake for dessert so we shared those and boy were they something special- I can’t pick a favorite! He brought us a candle and we got some great pictures. I can’t recommend this restaurant enough.“

The food was beyond delectable—every dish was packed with flavor and beautifully prepared. And honestly, the food deserves to be mentioned twice because it was just that good.

The service struck the perfect balance between warm, welcoming hospitality and true professionalism. The atmosphere is the ideal blend of chic and rustic, creating a cozy yet elevated dining experience.

We had a small mix-up with our reservation, but the manager handled it graciously and quickly got everything sorted out, which made an already great experience even better.

Part of me wants to keep this gem a secret, but it’s too good not to share. Then again, I don’t think they’re hurting for customers—they were completely packed on a Monday evening, and after dining here, I can see exactly why.“

The lunch was delicious with the mixed grill being the star especially lamb and chicken chops which were absolutely tender and flavorful The zucchini pancakes were great as was the spicy salad. We had the feeling everything would be good. We decided from lunch to use this restaurant for catering and it was fantastic. The guest loved everything and wanted to know were we got this wonderful food. Highly recommend“

“Went to Ms. Ada last night and sat at the bar. The meal awakened long dormant taste buds I didn't even know I had. Every single bite of every dish was a poetic journey through an epic of flavors. As if the food wasn't good enough, the staff was also incredible. The bartenders Claudia and John were so personable and funny and helpful, they really made the evening perfect. Will definitely return. One of the best restaurants ever and you'd be a fool to not go.“

“In town for work from Seattle (where there is a tragic lack of Bosnian food). This is exactly what I needed after my long flight. Went out of my way to come here before going into downtown, and it did not disappoint!

The Cevapi were incredible; juicy, flavorful and the Kajmak was perfect!

There was no Cevapi left standing.

I will make it a requirement to stop here again next time I’m in town.

“We LOVE this place. My partner and I were visiting NYC for our Babymoon and had heard Florentin was delicious, but we were blown away. Not only was the food fantastic (we had steak frites), the service was impeccable. Sammy was an incredible host that made our night even more enjoyable!! He was welcoming, fun, and generous. As my partner and I were celebrating, he made us feel so special and taken care of by providing us with mint tea & tiramisu that was to DIE FOR. Literally, I would give anything for more of that tiramisu! Thank you so much to the staff at Florentin, and a very big thank you to Sammy for a wonderful experience! We can’t wait to return“

“We had a fiftieth birthday party here for two twin brothers. The patio out back is beautiful. The food was great and the waitstaff is wonderful. This is practically its own institution in Floral Park.“
