A very cozy restaurant with excellent service and delicious dishes. We ordered a mixed grill, the meat was very juicy and delicious. We paid $35 per serving. I especially recommend trying desserts, they are great. We will definitely visit this place again when we arrive in New York.
Staff is wonderful and the food is flavorful, fresh, and nicely seasoned. Desserts and turkish coffee were also wonderful and good to share. Room is a little plain but other than that highly recommended and great for pre theater. Warm and friendly atmosphere.Vegetarian options: Small selection but really excellent flavors. I recommend the okra dish.

An Excellent Turkish Restaurant in NYC !!!I was in New York City for a business trip last week and by searching for a Turkish place in Midtown I came across Akdeniz. I was met with true Turkish hospitality, everyone was very nice. I had the Iskender Kebab which tasted as if I was in Istanbul. It was very fresh and tasty.
