I wasn’t hungry enough to go for the dry pot, which is what they’re known for. Probably should have tried it anyway and taken home leftovers because the appetizer I got was pretty disappointing. Mung bean jello salad is my favorite Sichuan dish and I always order it if it’s on the menu. This is the first time I’ve ever had it as small cubes instead of noodles which was weird but ok. the second i took my first bite i knew i would be writing a review.the crispy fried mochi…. curse words. i want to use curse words. it is so good. i love people whose brain takes things a step further, and in this case it *really* paid off. my only note is that i wish i could’ve added condensed milk as a side!scallion pancakes… crispy yet soft and not too oily. i wish the sauce was lighter on the saltiness but it’s my first time so who knows.and my hot pot. i can handle...read full review

Came here on a whim because we were nearby. Everything was excellent overall! No complaints here. Got custom dry pot with around 5-7 ingredients (perfect for 2 people), and fried seaweed fish fritters. Everything was fresh and delicious. I have never tried anything like the seaweed fish fritters before. Highly recommend as it was super crispy and a unique flavor.
