“Great ambiance for Valentine's Day dinner. Relaxed, not hurried service. Everything we ate was delicious. Steak Frites and Lamb Chops were great. Only real issue was that they served a Valentine's Day Prix Fixe menu and more than half of the first course options were sold out by the time we ordered. First time I ever had a frozen Creme Brulee... Maybe that was on purpose from the kitchen..maybe not? It was good, just different.“

The service was on point and efficient as well as the plating of the food. I was in love with the portions too and even the bread was just so savory. Vegetarian options: Visiting NY and especially around Rockefeller, Diamond District, around 5th Ave , this is a definitely a place to dine in or have lunch , Mike is amazing and also the entire staff , they have Excellent salads for Vegetarians, definitely try their Humus and Babaghanoush. You will not be disappointed.“

“Ate here last night with my husband - everything was great! Very friendly staff, great selection, quick service, and clean all around. We ordered gyros, salad, feta, and French fries and everything was so good. The meat was so so tender and juicy, matching The Eater articles description that actually sent us here. The Turkish pita was super fresh and light, and the prices were great. Big portions, could have ordered less for sure! Definitely will be back!“

“i was passing by the area and looking for a quick filling lunch, very pleasantly surprised by how yummy their chicken doner sandwich was. You MUSTT get their homemade bread, it’s so soft yet a little toasted on the outside. The cabbage and pickles were so refreshing, a nice balance to the savory chicken. It was also GIGANTIC. You will not leave hungry for sure. There is a modest seating area in there as well, in case you need to rest a little before continuing going wherever.“

“Delicious, flavorful, healthy food, wine (and tea!) Excellent atmosphere. Very friendly and efficient service. I have been a client of SipSak for many years, and have brought my family and friends. So happy to have this great Turkish restaurant in our neighborhood. I had Ali Nazik today, which is ground beef, tomatoes, peppers over a smoked eggplant puree and yogurt. A glass of Malbec. And the delicious Turkish tea (which is served in a really cute cup!) The bread and olives are also very yummy! I would certainly recommend!“

“Have been here many times and always enjoyed the whole experience. However today the lamb in the shish kabob was very tough. I told the waitress when I finally finished my entree and she apologized and said I should have told her right away and she would have exchanged my meal. I appreciated her response. That's a lesson for me. My friend enjoyed her meal.“
