“A friend of mine brought me some Baklava from Beyti. What an absolute delight it was. The Baklava's were not too crispy, not too soft, just had the right texture. The sweet level was just perfect. Hopefully one day they will start shipping them out.“

“PIDDE DELICIOUS PLACE IN NEW JERSEY;
I’ve been living in the U.S. for 16 years, and the thing I’ve missed and loved the most is lahmacun. After trying it at PIDDE, I’ve never had lahmacun anywhere else again. At other places I’ve tried over the years, I always experienced heartburn afterward — but never at PIDDE.

It’s a place you can visit with your family and feel completely at ease. The food is delicious, the staff is friendly, and the atmosphere is warm and welcoming.🙏“

“The Turkish food here is of high quality. We had the mixed platter of cold appetizers and the mixed meat entree. So yummy! The host and waiters were very welcoming and efficient. When they made a mistake and forgot a side we ordered, they still brought it late and did not charge us. Then they brought us tea and baklava on the house. They want you to leave happy. The sign of a well-run business. We’ll be back for sure.“

“First time there for myself. My wife had been there recently for lunch. OMG, amazing. We started with their homemade, warm Pita with Babaganush (sp?). Awesome. I had their Arugala salad, which I like wherever I go. This was amazing as well. Then we had our entrees. None of us could finish our meals, they were so plentiful and delicious. We each took home doggy bags. We told them we couldn’t possibly eat desserts so we ordered some to go. They then brought out hot Turkish teas for us AND a plate of a custard for us to share. Delicious!!! WOW! This place jumped right up near the top of our list for favorite restaurants. We will definitely be back.“

“I have tried quite a few Mediterranean restaurants, and Blue Fig is definitely one I’d come back to.

We started with the warm, house-made pita and a variety of dips and you could immediately tell everything was made fresh. The hummus trio was one of my favorites—each flavor was different and paired it with the warm za’atar pita.

The grilled halloumi was perfectly cooked with a nice char and the Fig Garden Salad was fresh and light, which balanced out the rest of the meal really well.

For the mains, we ordered the Blue Fig Signature Platter and it was easily enough to share. The chicken, lamb, and beef Adana were all juicy and flavorful, the lamb chops were cooked beautifully. The Turkish manti was another standout. Every dish tasted authentic, well-seasoned and made with quality ingredients.

The fresh mint lemonade was incredibly refreshing and I also loved the Mediterranean Mix. Since the restaurant is BYOB, it’s a great spot to enjoy a meal with family or friends.

The restaurant itself is beautiful, with a warm atmosphere and private spaces for parties and celebrations, but for me, the food is what really stood out. You can tell a lot of care goes into every dish and that’s what will keep me coming back. Highly recommend if you’re looking for great Mediterranean food in New Jersey.“

“Food was honestly great! We got eggs with tomatoes and eggs with sausage . But the cheese breakfast plate was very disappointing we had to return it. It mentioned 3 meats that did not come on the plate when they brought it out. But the waitress was very friendly and took it back for us and got us something else. I think they just need to update the pictures in their menu. Other than that loved the vibes and service thank you ❤“

Ingredients are fresh, well balanced flavor and exceptional temp on meat and chicken on all cuts.“

“As soon as you enter this restaurant, everyone is so friendly and welcoming.

The food is absolutely delicious, we were all very impressed with the quality (a lot of restaurants are sacrificing quality these days, but you can tell they really care about their customers here!)

Highly recommend Kebabci!! Will definitely be a repeat customer especially for events when we need a lot of food.
