I went with my husband during restaurant week. The food was eh...I had the salmon which did not have flavor. We ordered the humus appetizers it was also ok. The service and atmosphere were great. However, the food was kind of disappointing.
Ducked in on the early side for a quick bite pre-flight. We were greated by a lovely & friendly hostess. It was quiet as they were just opening for the evening (430pm) so unsure of noise level etc. later on. Sat at the bar, the bartender was happy to make a special request. Struck up an enjoyable conversation with Michael, the Operations Manager for both Pera's (Midtown & Soho). Food was tasty and fresh. We shared a Greek salad with the best feta cheese ever!! Also shared the lamb plate, definitely enough for two. For dessert we shared the olive oil lemon cake. A must for a perfect ending to a lovely evening!! Will now try their Madison Ave location in the near future. Tom G
