“The sharing plate with hummus, muhammara, tzatziki, and naan was a great start—creamy, flavorful, and perfect for sharing. The kofta meatballs were juicy and well-seasoned.

The chicken shawarma was tasty, but it tasted more like a chicken curry than traditional shawarma. The steak was cooked nicely and had good flavor. Overall, a satisfying meal with a nice variety of dishes!

Pistachio baklava was super delicious!! The watermelon zero cocktail was good.“

“What a hidden gem. The food alone could feed a small army happily. The amount of fold per dollar is amazing. The vegan options are plentiful. The vegan pizza impressed my meat eating friend. All of that PALES in comparison to the service in general. The gentlemen there are as friendly as a family friend. Jovial, attentive, and even brought some free dessert. “My father would visit this location in the early 70s, and took me here in the 90s. I’ve been visiting ever since. There are many restaurants and vendors serving falafel in NYC, but this is “the one” for me. The “vegetarian” dishes and sandwiches are naturally vegan. Simple, delicious, fast, and affordable. Limited seating, but somehow a chair always seems to become available once my food is ready. Updated from previous review on 2026-09-29“

“Absolutely loved this place. The touching things they did for my sons birthdays was so nice. The food was amazing and they couldn't have enough of the Frena bread for everyone, they loved them with the trio dips. The best was the braised oxtail tortellini and the Nemesis dessert. But even more fabulous was lavender ice cream. Wow !! Great service and food.“

The pita is fresh and warm, the shawarma is cooked perfectly on the rotisserie, and each topping is delicious- the humus, tehina, amba, onions... plus ... served with a smile! Open late too!“

And the proprieter was delightfully friendly, throwing in a bit of hummus and a pita. A dessert of baklava was sweet without being sickly or cloying or too wet. And the price with a soft drink was less than $12, which is a real bargain. I'll be back again if I'm in the area.“

“The crew here is great: they work hard, very nice and are efficient. Kind, friendly, and hard working even when it gets busy, which it can be especially given the online orders. I NEED TO MENTION A HUGE SHOUT OUT TO THE COOKS as they are slaying it over the hot oven. I pick up when I'm not in the mood to cook or am craving their beef or lamb or chicken (yes, a lot of good options). Naya isn't only delicious but it also tastes cleaner and healthier than some of the other options, and the atmosphere is clean. The rewards program is also solid. Thank you Naya at Columbus! My main dish - Ghormeh Sabzi - was absolutely amazing. Warm and comforting. The meat in the stew was very tender. The service was excellent. The waitstaff are truly a credit to the manager I met, Moises. The tea and baklava were also very tasty. The atmosphere was lovely and ambient. The restrooms were very clean. Overall, I had an incredible experience at Ravagh. If you’re in the area, come with an empty stomach and you will not regret it!!“

“This is a great restaurant. It's casual but the food is very high quality and delicious! My son had the Lava Chicken Shawarma Arabic and I had the Vegan Arabic Sandwich. We got the combo for each (with fries and a drink) and the total price was $40. The vegan sandwich was amazing - lots of vegetables and falafel - all seasoned wonderfully. I think it is the best vegan sandwich I ever had. The chicken shawarma was great too - and plated up beautifully. The restaurant's atmosphere is serene and relaxing. A++.“

FIVE STARS! after having Tawook Chicken or Lamb Kabob for dinner I like to take home some Mouhamara and some hummus, especially on a Friday, for snacking.
