My father would visit this location in the early 70s, and took me here in the 90s. I’ve been visiting ever since. There are many restaurants and vendors serving falafel in NYC, but this is “the one” for me. The “vegetarian” dishes and sandwiches are naturally vegan. Simple, delicious, fast, and affordable. Limited seating, but somehow a chair always seems to become available once my food is ready.

One of NYC hallmarks ... definitely try McDougall one since it's a authentic hole in the wall
The customer service was awesome. The young woman that took my order was so polite. I got the Classic falafel sandwich. Literally the best $8 I spent. I will be coming here on my lunch breaks/ dinner often. My new favorite spot Seriously.
