I ate the burger medium rare, but the patty was so delicious that I kept thinking about it. The mussel dish was also really good. They give you baguette bread and it tastes great if you eat it together. My friend said it wasn't good because he didn't like the sour taste. I just finished eating the soup. Amazing experience having the best burger in the city. The bone marrow appetiser was also fantastic. I tried my friends steak which was also amazing although maybe a little too salty.
