Amazing, delicious. Don't listen to the haters. Open atmosphere, bright. They are arab so they are straight forward and laid back. Don't expect a white people service experience.
This is the best thing that happened in the upper East Side. Balila restaurant just opened. The authenticity of Lebanon’s touch brings you straight to the heart of Beirut. The service, the quality and the Hospitality is amazing. The owner himself goes beyond to make customers leave happy. All the best. Strongly recommended to all

I like coming here for vegetarian options. My favorite dish to take home is the eggplant salad and moujadara. The staff is very friendly and generous!! The pita sandwich are well priced and filling.
