I visit this store frequently, and always have great service but I don't know what happened today. I was greeted at the register by Genna. She helped me place my order correctly and redeem a reward that I had in my account. After the order was placed and I made my way to the bar. I just dropped a negative review for the place and specially the barista while I was waiting for my coffee. But I am happily changing the review because of nice demeanor of the same person.
