Cava is my favorite "fast food" chain for a variety of reasons: taste, customization, and vegetarian options. Food and quality can vary from location to location though, and luckily this location is a very good one: everything tasted fresh and they were even willing to throw in some new falafels in the fryer so I could have some more fresh/hot ones. I had an exceptional experience at Cava Mediterranean Restaurant. The service was impressively fast, the restaurant was spotlessly clean, and the food tasted incredibly fresh. From start to finish, it was a delightful dining experience that I would highly recommend to others.
