“Worth it! I got very lucky and was able to go two nights in a row and both nights were amazing. The staff is so friendly and the servers are fantastic (shoutout Mia & Dave)!! Food is amazing. Get the Cabbage - it is phenomenal!!! Also the Ricotta Toast!! Ambiance is also great 10/10.“

“Food was amazing for my cousins birthday. I only wish that the steak portions were a bit larger for the cost.
Hangersteak did take an hour half to be plated. Seated at 530 steak came at 715.
Salmon was a little under for my liking and was taking off the bill with no issues. Friendly waitress same girl that did my anniversary dinner there.

“Came here for brunch a couple weeks ago and loved everything about it. The food was delicious, portion sizes large and quick service. I will for sure be back to try the entire dip offering but truly you’re not going to go wrong with whatever you order here.“

“Hart's has quickly become one of my favorite spots in Brooklyn. I arrived right at opening (5:30pm) and was seated at the bar immediately. It's super convenient if you're coming off the A/C. The playlist was great and the vibe was calm and unhurried.

The food is where Hart's really shines. The roast oysters with vermouth butter and horseradish were the standout of the night, perfectly balanced with just the right amount of kick. The savoy cabbage with serrano ham and borlotti beans was homey and comforting. The clam toast with pancetta was deeply savory and something I'd come back for on its own. The seafood rice was the one dish that didn't quite land for me. Not bad, just the least memorable of the bunch.

“We had a great experience at Dar. The lamb was incredibly tender and literally fell off the bone, making it one of the highlights of the meal. The lentil soup was also very tasty—rich, comforting, and full of flavor. The paella was excellent as well, perfectly cooked and very satisfying.

Our server, Cece, was attentive, friendly, and helpful throughout the meal, which made the experience even better. The service overall was great, and everything came out in a timely manner. I would definitely come back again for both the food and the service.“

“Our dinner was fantastic with Wancin , our server leading the way along with the cohesive kitchen which was entertaining to watch. We sat at the bar and Wancin made so many combination of cocktails. She was handling the busy crowd so well, she made our night memorable! Along with the view of the bridge and the city added to the overall ambiance. “Finally checked out Fatima's Grill and wow, the fusion concept is super creative! Everything is halal and the portions are massive — we got the shawarma crunch wrap (basically a loaded Crunchwrap Supreme with tender chicken shawarma, fries, and sauces) and a Hot Cheetos asada burrito. The crunch wrap was fun and crunchy, with good spice, and the burrito had that bold, cheesy kick from the Cheetos dust — definitely unique and Instagram-worthy. Also tried the chicken over rice platter; the rice was flavorful and the chicken juicy, though I wish the overall seasoning was a bit stronger/more consistent across the dishes.“

“If you’re in DUMBO, Brooklyn, you have to visit Meatup! The food was absolutely amazing — everything tasted fresh, flavorful, and perfectly cooked. The meat was juicy, tender, and full of rich flavor. You can really tell they care about quality.

The atmosphere was cozy but modern, and the location in DUMBO makes it even better — such a nice area to walk around before or after your meal. The staff were super friendly, attentive, and made the whole experience even more enjoyable.

“I visited Yummy Tummy bakery for the first time today, with five other friends of mine to support a Black-owned business during Black History Month. The owner Melissa and Kaylan made the entire experience a delight. The two of them made sure we got all of our treats in a timely manner and treated us with such care. The sweets themselves were absolutely delicious. The fruity pebble cupcake particularly was the perfect amount of sweet, moist, and airy. The vibe is amazing, thanks in part to the big mural on the wall that really sets the atmosphere. Their Manhattan-style cocktails are top-notch, which is such a treat on this side of Brooklyn. “We had a nice lunch with our friends from Arkansas. Rafi the owner came over to greet us. He was very nice. We had the eggplant schnitzel sandwich kale salad and falafel platter. The only improvement we could talk about was the outside of the falafel was too hard and crunchy. The service was great. We would go back again!“

“I worked with Kabob Shack to feed about 50 folks during a community event in Williamsburg. To start, I appreciated their community-oriented approach. They were really flexible, supportive of the organization, and responsive to our dietary needs & timeline.

The employees are kind and helpful. The food was delicious! We got plates for those who eat chicken and falafel plates for folks who didn't eat meat. Both plates had rice, salad, pita, and chickpeas in a tomato sauce. Folks felt nourished and satisfied. The plates had enough for lunch & to snack on later! The sauces were delicious - some folks even asked to take them home with them at the end of the day. The food felt fresh, made with love, and good flavors for sure! Thank you!

“I usually don’t write reviews, but I am making an exception for this one just because the guy working there was super kind and respectful about the situation. My friend made a togo pickup on the app and we waited about 15 minutes for his food, and he still didn’t get it, so he went up to the counter just to find out that his order was already ready, the guy working there apologized and explained that he didn’t put it on the pick up shelf because people would usually go in and grab the bag( they probably though that way because when we entered my togo bag was on the shelf, so I grabbed it). He also gave my friend a free drink to compensate for it. I really loved how he handled the situation and was very apologetic about it, so it felt less uncomfortable eating inside the store. Aside from this the food tasted amazing and the portion size was filling.“
